Excelente hospedagem, conforto e atendimento impecável!
Pros:

Gostamos muito da nossa estadia no Novotel São Paulo Morumbi. O atendimento foi excelente, a localização é muito boa e o café da manhã é completo, com uma excelente variedade de opções.
O lobby é bastante espaçoso e agradável, e a facilidade para conseguir táxi diretamente no hotel também foi um ponto muito positivo.
Um detalhe que merece destaque foi o buffet disponibilizado após o show do BTS, ao qual fomos durante nossa estadia. Chegamos tarde e com fome, e encontrar essa opção no hotel foi uma surpresa muito agradável. Uma iniciativa atenciosa que fez toda a diferença!
Tivemos uma ótima experiência e certamente voltaríamos a nos hospedar no hotel.

A infraestrutura é muito boa, hotel confortável, bem agradável, espaço com lazer para todas as idades. Se preocuparam com a decoração, pois estive aqui por conta do show do BTS, e o hotel estava no clima do evento. Maravilhoso.

Cons:

Na verdade, foi uma questão particular, como íamos para um show, pedimos para ver a possibilidade do check-in ser um pouco antecipado, e não tivemos essa flexibilidade. Mesmo o check-out sendo 12h, ainda não tinham quarto disponível para podermos nos arrumar. No entanto vimos pessoas que chegaram depois, entrar antes da gente. E quando retornamos do show, já tarde da noite, ainda houve uma demora para disponibilizar o quarto, então essa foi mais situação nos deixou um pouco insatisfeitas.

Pros:

Ótimo café da manhã, serviço de quarto 24 horas, restaurante do hotel grande, com vista para a cidade, opções para outras refeições, boa localização do hotel, em local bem arborizado nas redondezas, hotel bonito e com hall espaçoso, cama confortável, chuveiro bom, equipe atenciosa. Tem uma piscina boa, mas que não usei.

Cons:

Pelo menos na categoria que escolhi, achei o quarto e o banheiro muito pequenos e apertados. Ok se for para se hospedar sozinha, como eu estava. E para poucos dias de viagem. Costumo levar sempre meus ítens de higiene pessoal, mas se quisesse usar os do hotel, tanto o sabonete líquido como o shampoo estavam já no final, sem reposição, no meu primeiro dia de hospedagem. Falha importante.
