Escolhi o hotel porque tinha piscina climatizada..
Mas estava gelada..
Reclamei na recepção mas nada foi resolvido..
Decepção para minhas crianças..
Ja tinha ficado no mesmo hotel em SJC e com o mesmo segmento da franquia e a água era agradável..

Muito caro para o que oferece de conforto nos quartos.

Boa localização e café da manhã ok.

Cons:

Quarto péssimo pro custo, apertado e com vista para pombo morto na janela. O banheiro era fragmentado( com bacia sanitária e chuveiro em ambientes diferentes, fechados com porta tipo armário e sem fechadura), limpeza deixou muito a desejar.

Funcionários educados e café da manhã muito bom !
Pros:

Gostei muito do atendimento, colocando em destaque o funcionário John da recepção , e não muito satisfeita com o atendimento de Amanda ! O técnico Johnatan muito prestativo em resolver os problemas com o chromecast da TV, esse seria um ponto que o hotel deve prestar atenção , está na hora de investir em televisões mais modernas com internet

O sistema chromecast das tvs , toda hora caindo , como passei 12 dias , tive até que mudar de quarto por conta da falta de internet nas TVs
