A localização é excelente! Pessoal de serviços, em geral, muito atenciosos, com restaurante muito bom e café da manhã variado e de boa qualidade. A recreação atendeu às espectativas. Vista muito agradável.

Cons:

Chegamos antes do horário do check-in e fomos informados que só poderíamos entrar no quarto às 15 horas. Beleza, fomos almoçar. Como eu disse restaurante muito bom cardápio e pessoal. Neste momento, havia 4 recepcionistas para atendimento no front desk. Eram 12:30, sendo que o horário de saída era 12:00. Pouco antes das 15 horas, nos dirigimos à recepção para o check-in. Apenas um profissional para atender e dando prioridade aos que estavam saindo. Ou seja, sem planejamento nenhum, no horário de entrada só um funcionario, com vários hospedes saindo. Fomos atendidos depois de meia hora, quando começaram a surgir outros atendentes. Absurdo.
