Pros:

Hotel excelente. Cama muito confortável. Tudo limpo e organizado. Qdo cheguei à tarde tinham arrumado o quarto e deixado um bilhete com um bombom Ferrero Rocher perguntando se estava tdo ok e se caso fosse preciso de alguma melhoria tinha um contato. Achei uma delicadeza o mimo. Fiz uma refeição no jantar no hotel e estava muito gostosa e garçons muito atenciosos. Café da manhã muito bom tb.

Quarto silencioso, bom cafe da manha

Tentei entrar em contato pelo telefone mas foi impossível, o WhatsApp não fornece a possibilidade de entrar em contato com nenhum atendente. Esqueci minha aliança no quarto do hotel, enviei mensagem assim que fiz o check out, mas não foi sequer respondida. Falta de consideração e respeito com o hospede.

as pessoas são muito.educadas e prestativas, pessoal do cafe da manhã e o restaurante são fantásticos, a vista para a ponte estaiada e fascinante, hotel silêncioso uma área nobre com muito verde e alguns animais aparecem dando o ar da graça como saguis , tucanos e outras aves um espetáculo a parte, gostamos muito. não parecia que estávamos em São Paulo
