Pros:

Room was bad smells.

Cons:

We got late night arrived airport.
Hard to looking for shuttle stop and called and wait over 15 minutes, finally a taxi pick us up. We were so tired, waiting was made us bad inspiration.

Disappointing for a Novotel stay.
Pros:

The pool, air conditioning, bathroom and cleanliness. Close to the airport and free shuttle although it needed to be booked one day in advance.

Cons:

Poor housekeeping, food left in fridge from previous guests. Only 1 cup and 1 glass in the room. The coffee sachets and powdered milk were horrible and we had to request more teabags. Poor bar and reception service and very basic dinner menu.

Good location to airport. Near a beach. Near to shopping mall.
Pros:

Good location to airport for an overnight stop. Courtesy coach available to and from airport . Just need to phone the hotel and they will send their courtesy coach.

Cons:

It has no Lounge are. It hasn’t got any comfortable lounge chairs to sit on near the bar/ restaurant

Frokosten var god, med godt utvalg, hyggelig betjening. Vi har vært på hotellet mange ganger og beliggenheten er perfekt for vårt formål, nærhet til tog og buss.

Great staff
Pros:

Great location for the airport and close to the beach and to a big shopping mall. Sara and Thierry at reception were super nice! And so was the lady doing the cleaning (I wish I had asked for her name but I can't remember). The pool area is nice.

Cons:

The rooms are not what I would expect for the price in terms of comfort. Generally, the place could do with a bit more maintenance. There was an unexpected booking charge at check-in. Also, for the rates we pay per night, breakfast should be included.
