Hôtel agréable dans l'ensemble. vérifier navette avant si besoin et éviter les chambres communicante

bien situé et facile d'accès. Personnel agréable et équipements extérieurs top.

Cons:

chambres avec porte de communication moins bien isolées et on entend très bien des voisins un peu bruyants..
Pas de navette aéroport le weekend et resto fermé lors de notre séjour.

L'équipe du matin , le barman, le calme , la climatisation.

Honteux , nous avons été au Novotel aéroport pour la Braderie de Lille, le réceptionniste de nuit , nous affirme à notre arrivée, alors que l'équipe du matin nous a reçu ABSOLUMENT à MERVEILLE et tres PROFESSIONNELLE , que mes 2 réservations de nuit de ne sont pas payer. Je lui dit gentiment que j’ai payer sur booking , me confirme que NON !! sur un ton qui en as étonné même ma femme . Je lui explique qu’il a une façon de parler à ses client après qu’il c’est rendu compte de son erreur et que oui j'avais bien payer .En 2 - Ma femme lui demande si il y a thé ou café de courtoisie dans les chambres , nous dit que NON !! ( apres vérification de nous même en chambre, c’est OUI ) - Je décide de descendre pour lui expliquer gentiment qu’il faut qu’il apprenne son métier, me parle d’une facon ou je ne comprends pas pourquoi ? Je demande a voir le ou la responsable, celui ci refuse . À ce jour je n’ai jamais vu ça. J’y remettrai plus jamais les pieds .
Et pourtant je suis plutôt une personne profondément compréhensif en erreur, mais la façon de m'accuser de ne pas avoir payer et de me dire que ma chambre est à la nuit à 256€ : alors que j’ai payer 240€97 pour les 2 nuits et me parler de cette façon, ma femme se demande comment j’ai pu garder mon calme et me dit encore : Waouh !!
1 ère fois que ceci nous arrive , si c’est ça maintenant la jeunesse de parler aux clients , je comprends pourquoi tout va mal .

Prima hotel voor onderweg, goed bed en zeer schoon
Pros:

Het was dicht bij de snelweg voor een overnachting onderweg. Personeel was vriendelijk en de kamer was helemaal in orde. Bed sliep heerlijk.
