Free parking and rooms sound proof which was good as next busy road!
No air in rooms would not like to stay there in the summer. Twin beds not comfortable also they are going cash free soon I think that’s disgusting!
Super friendly staff and service. We have stayed here for many years as a stopover on our way home from France. This has always been a super friendly and accommodating place to stay.

Convenient for where I was going
Well ,The Ibis is not a Hotel , it is a "Motel ". We were given room 38, on the lower floor level ,next to the end room of the two story block of rooms . It was very noisy as we were very close to a busy round about leading to the A38. Traffic noise mostly all ight . It was quite a walk from our room plus steps to the restaurant /reception and bar . We were able to park in front of room if there was a space and more steps ("with out hand rail " ) from car level to room . If it been winter or raining you had to walk out side to get breakfast (we did not do this ) . We found easier to eat else where, on our way to visit friends . (The purpose of our visit to plymouth . On the Plus side the room was very clean and and serviced daily . This really is not the place to stay if you have walking difficulties , specially with the lack of "hand rails but steps " On check out, I did remark about the lack of hand rails at most sets of steps and was told there are ramps in several places . We did not eat at the Ibis so can not comment on this . I close the Ibis as it was close to the friends who we were visiting and for this reason it served our purpose I'm giving this review as truthful as i can .

Location.
Knew things should be okay with Ibis, but this was probably the most basic one I have stayed in. The weather was extremely hot and there was no air conditioning. The price was very high for something so basic, which is my main gripe. Everything would have been satisfactory if the price had been about 30% lower.
Convenient, good parking, clean, food available and friendly helpful staff.
Lack of privacy with walkway to other rooms passing the window.
The breakfast was well laid out and plenty of choices to suit everyone. Staff responded quickly when items had been finished and replenished straight away
