Very well located and good value for money in a really expensive town
Pros:

Extremely well located right on Rialto vaporetto stop. Easy walk to San Marco and many shops and restaurants. Breakfast outside area looks straight onto Rialto bridge, vibrant. Our room at the back was very quiet

Cons:

It’s pretty old and room decor was tired and it was rather musty. Maybe that because Venice is all on the water. But it was clean and air conditioned and beds were OK

It was ok for not large sum of money I paid( booked in advance) but I wouldn’t chose it again.
Pros:

It is located in the centre of the city. Very easy access from bus or train, just few minutes by water bus, which stops right outside of the hotel.

Cons:

Decor is very tired. I understand that it is supposed to be rustic, but duct tape on the carpets is not rustic. If you book just double room- don’t expect usual space, it was cramped. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly- especially breakfast waiters. It had good selection of breakfast items, but hotel is definitely fighting bug infestation- I have seen running friends in breakfast room every day.

Very noisy, I didn’t slept even for an hour because of loud music and noise of the down stairs bar. I did a mistake book

Very outdated hotel, what I had booked and what I got was completely different I got a bed for kids not fitting my legs and myself

Excellent location right at the Rialto Bridge, close to Waterbus stops, restaurants all nearby and within walking distance to St Marks Square. Friendly and helpful staff.

Lage war super und empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Perfekte Lage um fast alles per Fuß zu erreichen und man kann ganz einfach mit der Fähre ankommen, da das Hotel direkt an der Fährstation liegt! Das Badezimmer war sehr modern und das Zimmer vollkommen ausreichend!

Cons:

Unser Zimmer hatte leider nicht so viel Charme, wie die Bilder auf der Website und das Frühstück war zwar okay und es gab Auswahl, allerdings hatten wie uns von einem 4 Sterne Hotel mehr erwartet.
