Pros:

Location. Comfortable room, small but adequate bathroom.

Cons:

No view but we didn't pay for one! No tea/coffee making facilities.

Quaint hotel in an amazing location.
Pros:

Location is amazing. Right at a ferry stop on Grand Canal and walking distance from all of the Venice sights. The room was quaint. Felt like staying in someone’s guest room. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

Cons:

It was quite a walk to our room. Nothing crazy but not ideal with bags.

The Rialto was a beautiful hotel in the lively area by the bridge. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and helpful.
Pros:

The property was feet away from the Rialto Bridge. Easy access to water taxi and ride to airport.

Pros:

Perfect location. Amazing staff. Beautiful setting in the heart of Venice. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

The only negative was the pillows. They were very hard and uncomfortable.

We would stay again for its iconic location.
Pros:

We loved the location. So close to everything. Just a few steps from the water taxi on arrival and departure. The porters were very help.

Cons:

Reception staff were not super friendly. Only offered basic help and information.

Location, location, location of hotel was excellent. Balcony overlooking canal was a bonus. Desk people were friendly and helpful.

Fantastic we had the hotel breakfast which was awesome. Would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

We loved the location for sure was close to St Marks square the famous Rialto bridge we were right beside a boat station and gondolas outside was perfect .
We loved the terrace up the top was a favourite place for an afternoon beverage.

Cons:

The first night the alley way had a restaurant with a party that was going right off . Very hard to sleep that night .

Loved staying at the Rialto would love to come back .

The location was amazing so close to everything

Cons:

The staff were very happy to help with anything helpful to find boats and locations needed. The breakfast included set you up for the day.

Pros:

La ubicación es ideal!! Vaporeto en la puerta sin subir ni bajar puentes arrastrando maletas. Perfecto! Desayuno muy correcto. Terraza pegada al canal

Cons:

Instalaciones muy antiguas tuvimos que subir 2 pisos sin ascensor.

Wonderful location and fabulous, friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Fabulous location. Our room overlooked the grand canal. The room was a very good size, clean and comfortable, nicely decorated in keeping with the period building, and with a new modern bathroom.

Cons:

Our daughters’ room was also nice but their bathroom had not been updated so it looked a little tatty and after two cockroach sightings they were offered a new room.
