Standard twin room was great, very spacious and clean. Shower room was exceptional, large and great water pressure. Location of this hotel is very convenient to Gion old town area. Laundry facilities enhanced our great stay!

La ubicación es perfecta. Las habitaciones, en especial los baños, son superiores. El mejor hotel en el que he estado en Japón. La experiencia en Kyoto es mucho mejor durmiendo en este hotel.
Hubiera estado bien posibilidad de desayuno o convenio con algún local para poder desayunar.

Clean and comfortable with good facilities. Staff were always cheerful and helpful. The super toilet was magnificent.
If I had to say something negative was not being able to get a double bed rather only had two singles available. Had a very enjoyable stay.

Check in is a bit late
Goede bedden. Zelfs voor een fijne pyama was gezorgd. De ligging is uistekend, midden in het traditionele gebied Gion.
Er was s'nachts een alarm. Een vals alarm, maar helaas werden we niet door het hotel geïnformeerd dat we weer konden gaan slapen. De nooduitgang op onze verdieping kon volgens een andere gast niet geopend worden. Hij had echter niet hard genoeg geduwd bleek later.
Location is super good in the sense that it was in the nicest area of Kyoto. Staff friendly. Bed was comfortable. Coffee machine in the room was good. Shower was nice . Separate bathroom was good. Size of the room was good
The pillows were too big and they didn't have smaller pillows which forced me to use a comforter instead of a pillow and affected my sleep for the week we were there They should offer guests different size pillows. Windows can not be open without a key from the reception. There are some smoke detectors on the ceiling that has a bright light when you want to sleep at night. The room was a bit dusty .

Excellent location, comfortable beds, nice area to sit in room with couch and TV, lovely to have separate toilet the bath shower area, tea coffee making area, small fridge.
Bar is advertised but was not operational. We were a group of 6 friends travelling together and there was no area in the hotel to sit together
