Erdvus kambarys ir vonia. Gera lova. Keičiama patalynė, rankšluosčiai. Apie 1.5 - 1.8 km iki katedros. Malonūs padavėjai restorane, gerai kalba angliškai.

Cons:

SPA zona mažoka. Sauna, turkiška pirtis, baseinas nedidelis. Bendros persirengimo patalpos. Lietuvoje SPA beveik visur geresnės. Jeigu važiuoti tik dėl SPA tai nelabai. SPA zonos darbuotoja nekalbėjo angliškai.

Underwhelming
Pros:

I started my holiday in Italy mid-April with three days in Milan and ended the holiday mid-May with another four days in the same hotel. I know Milan is rated amongst the most expensive but in the space of three weeks my room rate had practically doubled! (A travel agent had done my hotel bookings.) All that for what is termed a "French classic room". I ignorantly thought "French" referred to a style, but no, it is a term for a room so small only a single bed would fit in it. My first room was so small, the bathroom had no bidet, no space for toiletries and a minuscule shower, and the wardrobe had no door. And a view of the fire escape stairs. Also, the safe was broken.
On my return I was given another "French" room but with, mercifully, a street view and a somewhat bigger bathroom. And again a safe that was broken.
On the plus side, the staff were friendly; blaming them for the hotel's shortcomings would be like shooting the messenger. And of course, the biggest plus point for the hotel is its position; very central, close to the main station, opposite the metro and within walking distance of most tourist attractions.
But all of that does not make up for the fact that this is a very dated and not well maintained hotel that does not live up to its four-star rating.

hôtel agréable pour visiter Milan lors d'un court séjour
Pros:

Un emplacement idéal à la sortie du métro, la terrasse sur le toit, la cour intérieure et le spa au sous-sol sont agréables. Les mashmallows offerts à l'entrée étaient délicieux!

Cons:

Le personnel d'accueil peu souriant, le pain du déjeuner décevant (des toasts ou des petits ballons mais pas de vrais bons pains), les fruits et les légumes identiques les 3 jours, pas de petites cuillères à disposition. Les portes des chambres qui claquent, impossible de les fermer doucement, on s'est fait réveiller tôt le matin et la literie, beaucoup trop dure pour un sommeil agréable. De plus, notre chambre n'avait pas de clim, cela ne fonctionnait pas, heureusement qu'il n'a pas fait trop chaud lors de notre séjour.

Stary (chyba nawet zabytkowy) budynek z klimatem - mi się bardzo podobał bo lubię taką historię. Czystość super, codzienne sprzątanie pokoi.z wymiana pościeli

Łazienki w starym stylu stosownie do klimatu budynku. Ale grzyb na masie uszczelniającej nieakceptowalny (wymiana tej masy to 1h roboty). I nie troszeczkę w rogu, ale po całości. Kuchnia: śniadania szwedzki stół, super, smacznie i każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, ale obiady z karty od skrajności w skrajność. Od super ravioli czy sałatki cezar po raczej słabe spaghetti al dente (bardziej "dente").. W knajpkach przy hotelu snaczniej i taniej. Jak ktoś chce bez wychodzenia to ok. Personel bardzo pomocny, mówiący po angielsku, ale przy wymeldowaniu chcieli ponownie pobrać 120Eur opłaty miejscowej, gdyby była bariera językowa ktoś mógłby zapłacić ponownie. Wanna z parawanem który niewiele dawał zamiast prysznica
