In the event of no-show for nonrefundable bookings, the hotel will keep the room until 12:00 of the day after the arrival. After this your room will be canceled and you will lose the total amount of the original booked stay.

מלון מעולה, נקי ואסטטי
Pros:

המלון נמצא 2 קילומטר מהמרכז (דואומו) ו1 ק"מ מהתחנה המרכזית- הליכה קלה במסלול ישר של רבע שעה.
המלון עצמו מדורג 4 כוכבים ושווה אותם מאוד! החדר היה מרווח ונקי מאוד, בכל יום ניקיון יסודי וזה ניכר. ארוחת בוקר היתה מאוד מגוונת, טעימה ואין כלום שחסר. במלון תמיד עזרו לנו במה שביקשנו. הספא- בריכה יפה ונקייה, חדר כושר חמוד וסאונות. כל זה ממש השלים את חווית הערב אחרי יום שלם של טיול .

Cons:

הבריכה קרה קצת וחדר הכושר מעט דל. אבל באמת מעבר לכך כלום, המלון מעל לכל הציפיות!

Great hotel for your Milan visit!
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great! It is close to Milano Centrale, and just three stops with the underground from the Duomo! The choice on the breakfast was very rich. The SPA is good, if you have time to visit it. There are plenty of great restaurants near the hotel, and a gelateria 10 meters away.

Cons:

Everything was good, cannot complain from anything!
