Pas à la hauteur de ses étoiles
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal, mais internet pas du tout illimité, le coin piscine l’eau pas chaude, l’endroit pas du tout paisible, cela m’a fait penser à une piscine municipale. La chambre pas du tout conforme à la réservation. Baignoire au lieu d’une douche. Insalubre. Et côté rue pas du tout au calme. Le parking oui mais très cher ainsi que les taxes ne correspond pas à un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le personnel ne parle même pas français.

Pros:

Very convenient to the metro, with plenty of other shops and gelato places nearby. We very much enjoyed spending the sunsets on the roof overlooking the city. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Room was a bit tight for 3 people with the extra bed. Pool area was very small and packed.

The restaurants were mostly empty at night. Expensive. Cafes nearby better.

Super séjour
Pros:

Le métro et les magasins à proximité, la literie très confortable et les les chambres spacieuses et très propre. La piscine et le spa sont appréciables.

Cons:

Un peu loin à pied de la gare centrale pour accéder au bus qui va à l'aéroport. Transfert taxi cher.

Good location next to the metro stop

Cons:

Room nothing like advertised. It was so old and smelt bad. Wifi very poor. Room was cleaned past 3 pm so had to wait in lobby for them to finish. Coffee machine in the room didn't work.

Superior twin room with aircon. Excellent facilities, rooftop bar, and breakfast.
Pros:

The hotel has superior facilities compared with other hotels in Milan, including a pool, spa and gym, all free to use. The rooftop restaurant is modern and breakfast was lovely. Another brilliant perk is a separate rooftop bar with terrific views of the city at night.

Great location and relaxing stay
Pros:

Great location, right near the Lima metro station and a street full of shops.
The room was not that large, but good enough and very clean and comfy. Breakfast was great as well and the staff very nice.

Cons:

The room was a bit odd shaped with 5 walls and the view was on the inside courtyard which was not great, but okish.
