A nice restaurant served good quality food
Les personnels sont attentionné, compréhensif et adorable car toujours souriant ! La chambres nickel rien à dire c’est propre, le lit confortable, une vue magnifique au balcon. Merci à Hôtel Excel Créolia.
Le petit déjeuner
J'ai été déçu de mon expérience au Créolia car j'ai réservé en dernière minute une chambre prestige, bien mise en valeur sur le site, avec notamment un canapé. Nous avons finalement eu une chambre qui communiquait avec une autre, plus petite, avec moins d'équipement et mal insonorisée. De plus le balcon n'était pas très propre avec des fientes de pigeon pas nettoyées. Nous avons eu droit à un dédommagement quand nous nous sommes plaint, car ce n'était effectivement pas une vraie chambre prestige, mais elle était vendue comme tel. C'est vraiment dommage quand on réserve dans un hôtel 4 étoiles de devoir subir ce genre de combine.

Hôtel bien situé, pas trop loin des centres commerciaux de St-Denis. Accueil agréable avec le cocktail de bienvenue.
Chambre spacieuse et propre avec vue sur piscine. Salle de sport bien équipé. Petit déjeuner varié et appétissant.

C’était très bien, comme toujours.
Je suis arrivée dans l’après midi et il y avait de la musique dehors. Une sorte de réception. Je voulais le reposer car j’étais fatiguée et ça a été difficile à cause de cela.
