We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.
Pros:

Great location with Old Town only steps away.

Cons:

Free breakfast in the lobby was fine but not nearly enough seating for such a big hotel. I realize it was temporary but they could’ve figured out more seating options.

Has a good atmosphere, happy overall, lovely place
Pros:

Location within Old Town was great.
The room was a little bit of a climb with the suitcases due to the 'rambling' shape of hotel but it was all manageable - we asked for a high floor out of way and quiet and that's what we got so no complaints.
View was great from balcony.
Room was a good size, bed comfy.
Bathroom was clean and kitted out well with towels etc.
Car park was a little dark, but easy to park, clean and safe.
Staff were great - helped us reserve a little longer time for check out, always friendly.
The Hacienda has charm, and a lovely atmosphere. Enjoyed the stay.

Cons:

A small note only - for maintenance - 527 shower rail needs looking at ...

Good experience and great time with family .
Pros:

The location was a bit old but very nice. However, the tile in the bathroom fell and it was not a pleasant experience after because of a large tile missing.
Breakfast was a bit plain.

Didn’t have get the best first impression about this hotel
Pros:

I like that it was close by to down town walking distance from the store’s, restaurant and bars

Cons:

They rented my one queen bed with a view room to someone else and blamed booking.com for false advertising. My thoughts are they rented my room to someone else that paid more for it . I got stuck with a 2 queen room no view that I didn’t ask for right next to the ice machine loved listening to that early Sunday morning

We really enjoyed our self i was a little disappointed they don’t clean your rooms only if you stay more then a week

Overall we had a great time and enjoyed this hotel!!
Pros:

I really liked this hotel. It is an old hacienda which really gives the full experience of being in old town.

Cons:

The air conditioner was leaking in the room but when I let the staff know, they quickly moved me into another room. Also the restaurant on the property was shut down but they also accommodated us with a catering truck that had breakfast burritos and other yummy options.
