Ich hatte mir bei 800,00 Euro für 6 Übernachtungen ein wirlich gutes 4 Sterne Zimmer erwartet. Außerdem habe ich schon
beim einchecken die Rechnung zahlen müssen. Das war für mich sehr ungewöhnlich . Das hatte ich noch nie in einem Hotel !! Nochmals werde ich nicht in einem MERCURE Hotel buchen. Zimmer sehr abgewohnt und für diesen Preis zu klein. Das Restaurant sehr ungepflegt, war auch immer leer. Das Fazit sehr enttäuschend.

Sijainti oli todella erinomainen. Keskellä kaikkea.

Cons:

Yövyin 3 yötä, joista vain yhtenä söin aamupalan täällä. 25e aamupalasta on liikaa, etenkin kun aamupalabuffetin tarjoiluastiat osa tyhjinä / vähissä. Kaupungin kahviloista sai 15e-20e paremmin vatsaa täyttävän aamupalan.

Zentral gelegen. Gut von Flughafen aus zu erreichen. Prima für eine Städtereise

Cons:

Altes Bad, alte Möbel, desinteressiertes und gelangweilt wirkendes Personal am Check-In, Rechnungsausdruck nur nach mehrmaliger Bitte, Staub und Haare auf dem Zimmerboden

I do not recommend this hotel for anybody, especially for thi rate!!!

Location is just perfect!!!

Cons:

Very old hotel, not comfortable bed, old furniture….. this hotel is not 4*, maksimum 3*…… Photo is not in accordance with reality, they use a lot of filters! And you always feel smell of “old house” from everywhere: carpet, bed etc. Housekeeping staff nock at your door every 15 minutes during check out day! It will be nice to learn they to work on PC with special housekeeping programme!!! Reservation department and Genaral Manager are arrogant, if you will try to make any changes with your reservation - not a chance to fill “true hospitality”. I understand they happy when anybody made reservation there……. but this hotel is not 5*(!) Also, hotel have at the moment reconstruction (!) but never inform guest about this. But they have to do it!!! So, you have to be ready that maintaince work will start at the early morning at business days(!). And 20 euro for this breakfast it is really too much.

Super tolle zwei Tage in Wien. Hotel werden wir wieder hoffentlich künftig auch wieder buchen.
Pros:

Gute Lage zu den Öffis. Frühstück nicht im Hotel sondern im nahe gelegen Bahnhof. Aber Zimmer war sehr gut. Leider nur für eine Nacht.

Cons:

Service in der Hotelbar war eher nicht so zufriedenstellend. Sind eine halbe Stunde gesessen, leider kein Bar-Personal gesehen... Sind wieder gegangen. Ist aber das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat

Pros:

Even though the rooms look old they're very well maintained and they have this vintage vibe which was great. The beds and pillows were super comfy.
I only stayed there for one night but I wish I could've stayed for a week.

Cons:

I think the price was a bit high even though it's one of the cheapest hotels in the area, but I assume these prices are normal in Vienna
