We would try the hotel again.

The room was clean and well-presented

Cons:

We asked the receptionist if there was a charge for car parking. Her reply was that it was 'not a problem'. We asked how much would the charge be - still no clear answer. We later discovered there was no charge but , next morning, we found a small charge of £5 for parking on the bill.

The soap dispenser was empty in our bathroom and the extractor did not work in the rather cramped bathroom.

Absolutely shocking
Pros:

The bed was comfy

Cons:

The food was extortionate, so much so we didnt bother, they were doing building work so we were woken on a sunday morning at builders throwing stuff in the skip, which is awful when wed come from the airport and were absolutely shattered banging really loudly continuously, the tea and coffee facilities were poor you would expect a biscuit each but no we had to share, little things bit they matter when youve paid to stay away. We’ve stayed at hull loads and it’s so much nicer. We’ve complained to the manager he just said oh yeah sorry were making some improvements, no offer of compensation for the lack of sleep just appalling we won’t ever stay there again
