The outside
Didn’t seem clean , dirty carpets , dirty lift .
The foyer, bar, and cafe area were nice and recently refurbished
The rooms have no air conditioning, meaning the window had to be open all night for the fan that was provided to circulate air. The hotel is directly on the flight path for Manchester airport and the planes were loud.

Paid nearly £100 for a meal for four, and it was poor. The eggs had been cooked until the yolk was solid and the gammon was dry and chewy. Pizza was good though.
