Great sized room for our family stay before our flight from the airport in the morning. Great facilities (our kids loved the pool), and room service was great! The kids meals were a hit!

Comfortable, large rooms, with great facilities.
Felt like I was sleeping on Rung-way at Manchester Airport, the constant stream of planes flying low over hotel, was annoying and particularly noisy.
Room was nice. Bathroom was clean and modern. Great TV in room. Staff were all great and very helpful and welcoming.
Quite expensive from the outset, then charged extra for parking and to use the pool and other facilities. Breakfast was only OK (clearly not top end quality - would have expected a little better for the price). Room was noisy due to aircraft from about 6.30am (understandable given proximity to the airport), but we also had a lot of noise in the communal corridor early in the morning from a load of kids from a football team left to their own devices in the communal corridor, which wasn't ideal.
Location good for what we needed.
After a 7 hour trip from Plymouth, the last thing we needed was a spin class at 8 in the morning directly under our room, both mornings of our stay. Also the full floor had a class of school children staying, running up n down the corridor. On your website at least have the sense to advise the rooms around the spin class are noisy. I asked for a small discount for this or at least a breakfast on the house but nothing. We used to use the hotel alot but seriously considering taking our business elsewhere.

The hotel was lovely and the message left in the room was a great touch.
The pool only allows kids in until 19.00. we arrived at 18.30 and had 20 mins in the pool before we were asked to leave. This should be at least until 8 for children. The bar staff were hard work and slow. Food prices were a bit too high.
The beds were comfortable.
Pastries rather stale. Best ever selection of continental choices.
Lack of drawer space
Love the village hotels,they never disappoint,love the food,the gym and the pool. Cheadle is a lovely place, and this village hotel just adds to the lovely experience.
Nothing to dislike.
