De mooie lobby

Cons:

Dat wat ik geboekt had niet overeenkwam met wat ik kreeg en dat het hotel en Booking daarna geen eerlijke compensatie wilde geven. Had een kamer geboekt met een hottub en balkon en beide ontbraken in mijn kamer.

The rooms were large

The hotel needs a facelift it’s not close to the city it looks tired definitely not modern and the restaurant at the hotel was shameful.

Pros:

The staff were very keen to help.

Cons:

The room was very run down. The QR codes in the service menu didn’t work. We ordered room service and the dishes weren’t what we ordered and were almost inedible.
