Pros:

Der Zimmerpreis war erstaunlich günstig. Ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das wird 18 € pro Person. Berechnete Frühstück hingegen war vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr überteuert. Da wären eher zwölf Euro angemessen.

Schneller unkomplizierter Checkin, freundliches Personal, gute Betten.

Cons:

Runtergewirtschaftetes Hotel was seinen Namen nicht verdient. Das geht beim Parkplatz mit defekten Pflaster los, über nicht funktionierende Aufzüge, eingerissene und notdürftig verklebte Teppiche im Flur bis zu verrotteten Armaturen im Bad. Geht gar nicht! Schaut aus wie eine Monteurabsteige....

Frühstück gut, Bett bequem, Personal freundlich, Zimmer sauber.

Cons:

Altmodisches Ambiente, vor allem aber der heruntergekommene Zustand: Teppiche im Flur z.T. herausgerissen, Löcher und Dreckstreifen an den Flurwänden. Dies trübt die Aufenthaltsqualität enorm.

Zimmer 401 unter dem Dach bei 30 Grad war unerträglich. Es gab einen Ventilator der die Warme Luft verteilt. Auf dem Dach die Motoren der Lüftung dröhnen sodass man nicht schlafen konnte. Fensterfront zur Hauptstraße. Abgewohnt und Renovierung lange überfällig..
Durften dann nachts nach Beschwerde in ein anderes Zimmer..

Zimmer waren sauber. Preis-Leistung stimmt. Frühstück gut.

Cons:

Der Innenhof wurde von vielen Gästen zum Frühstücken genutzt. Allerdings waren fast alle Tische defekt und auch schmutzig. Hier hat sich jedoch Niemand gekümmert. Dass die Parkplätze gebührenpflichtig sind, wurde erst bei der Abreise mitgeteilt (€ 11,- pro Tag)

Die Lage des Hotels ist Klasse. Kurze Wege bis in die Stadt und zur Bahn.
Das Frühstück war okay. Wünschenswert ist die Bereitstellung von Apfelmuss zu den Pancakes, da nicht jeder Nutella oder Honig mag. Ich hatte dies heute bereits beim Personal angesprochen.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat echt Potential; aber unter Berücksichtigung der Bauarbeiten am Fahrstuhl war der Fußboden im Flurbeteich zum Wochenende leider sehr unsauber.
Die Terassenflächen waren noch nicht vom Unkraut gereinigt sowie die Möbel nur teilweise nutzbar; d.h. leider nicht einladend. Echt schade. Wünschenswert wäre eine gesonderte Raucherecke; damit der Qualm beim Frühstück auf der Terasse nicht stört und auch nicht in die Zimmer - die zum Hof ausgerichtet sind - gelangt.
