Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber. Die renovieren jetzt die Aussen Fassaden, aber ich habe kein Lärm gehört.
Frühstuck ist gut gewesen, aber ich persönlich bevorzuge mehr frische Früchte.
Diese Hotel liegt in der nähe von Bahnhof West.

The location of the property is very good.

Cons:

The bathroom door in most of the rooms is not in the entrance but near the bed itself. The door is not closing completely. This placement is not comfortable.

Cons:

We were not informed in advance about the renovation work taking place at the hotel and only became aware upon arrival, when we found scaffolding at the front of the building and construction work being carried out on our floor.
There were also trip hazards in the flooring as we exited the lifts on the second floor, which was particularly concerning for my 80-year-old mother. This posed a significant safety risk, and more should have been done to ensure the area was made safe and clearly accessible for guests. Some of the reception staff were less than helpful and at times came across as though they couldn’t be bothered. For example, when we were trying to use the self-service kiosk, which was set to a language we were unfamiliar with, one member of staff seemed unenthusiastic about assisting us despite our polite request for help. Overall, we were disappointed by the attitude and level of service provided by the reception staff.

Pros:

Отличное местоположение.В номере есть сейф,холодильник маленький,чайник.Вкусные и сытные завтраки.Нас заселили уже в 11:00 вместо положенного в 14:00 и это было просто замечательно.
В ванной комнате есть подогрев от красной лампы и это очень удобно и комфортно.
Номер у нас был с окном во внутренний двор и мы наслаждались тишиной ночью.

Неудобные подушки в кровати.

Ich habe diese Unterkunft nach einer Veranstaltung in Wien sehr kurzfristig und spät in der Nacht gebucht. Als ich ankam
Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat mir insgesamt durchschnittlich gefallen. Das Personal war freundlich, allerdings hatte ich mehrfach den Eindruck, dass die internen Informationen nicht immer vollständig abgestimmt waren.

Bei meiner Ankunft wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass eine spätere Buchung nur noch online möglich sei und ich diese selbst online durchführen solle. Diese Auskunft wirkte auf mich nicht ganz kompetent und hat mich etwas irritiert.

Außerdem fragte ich nach einer Möglichkeit, mein Handy zu laden, da ich nur ein USB-C-Kabel dabeihatte. Mir wurde angeboten, gegen eine Kaution von 25 € einen Netzstecker auszuleihen. Im Zimmer stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass bereits ein USB-Anschluss vorhanden war, sodass dies gar nicht notwendig gewesen wäre.

Auch beim Frühstück musste ich meine bereits an der Rezeption bekannt gegebene und bezahlte Frühstücksleistung nochmals erklären. Dies ließ auf kleinere Kommunikationsprobleme innerhalb des Teams schließen.

Das Personal war keineswegs unfreundlich, und ich möchte keine übermäßig negative Bewertung abgeben. Dennoch habe ich in anderen Hotels eine bessere Informationsweitergabe und eine kompetentere Betreuung erlebt. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, es gibt jedoch Verbesserungspotenzial bei der internen Kommunikation und Gästeinformation.

Cons:

Was mir nicht gefallen hat, war vor allem, dass das Personal zwar bemüht und freundlich wirkte, die Auskünfte jedoch nicht immer kompetent und gut abgestimmt waren. Dadurch entstanden einige unnötige Missverständnisse.

Auch das Frühstück konnte mich leider nicht überzeugen. Zwar war die Auswahl ausreichend und mengenmäßig reichlich, die Qualität wirkte jedoch nur durchschnittlich. Die Semmeln und das Brot waren trocken, Wurst und Käse machten keinen ganz frischen Eindruck, und auch die Eierspeise war eher trocken. Insgesamt wirkte das Frühstück auf mich etwas lieblos präsentiert.

Am kritischsten sehe ich jedoch das Zimmer. Dieses hatte eine ungünstige Dachschräge, die den Komfort zusätzlich eingeschränkt hat. In der Nasszelle war zudem ein deutlicher Uringeruch wahrnehmbar. Möglicherweise gab es ein Problem mit der Lüftung, da diese offenbar nicht funktionierte oder keine spürbare Wirkung zeigte.

Die Klimaanlage war recht laut, und insgesamt war die Geräuschkulisse im Hotel – insbesondere in den Morgenstunden – deutlich höher als erwartet. Für Gäste, die Wert auf Ruhe legen, könnte dies störend sein. Gerade aufgrund des Geruchs im Bad und der hohen Lärmbelastung würde ich das Zimmer am schwächsten bewerten.

Die Polster waren für meinen Geschmack etwas zu hoch und eher fest. Das ist natürlich eine individuelle Präferenz und für mich kein wesentlicher Kritikpunkt.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt akzeptabel, hat jedoch meine Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Vor allem bei der Zimmerqualität, der Ruhe und der internen Kommunikation des Personals sehe ich Verbesserungspotenzial.

Wir werden wieder hier übernachten.
Pros:

Sauber und ordentlich. Da unser Flug früh ging, durften wir sogar etwas früher einchecken. Die Lage war fantastisch. Das Zimmer war schön und ruhig.
