Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit freundlichem Personal, schönen Zimmern und einer tollen Lage.
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter*innen waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders positiv fanden wir auch die sehr fairen Parkpreise: Für das Parken wurden 18 € pro tatsächlich genutztem Tag verrechnet. Da wir zwei Nächte geblieben sind, wurde nicht automatisch sowohl der Anreise- als auch der Abreisetag als voller Parktag berechnet, wie es bei vielen anderen Hotels der Fall ist. Das fanden wir wirklich sehr fair.

Auch am Abreisetag waren wir sehr positiv überrascht. Da wir etwas früher ausgecheckt hatten und noch ein wenig spazieren gehen wollten, fragten wir, ob wir das Auto noch für zwei bis drei Stunden stehen lassen dürften. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war dabei wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat uns das unkompliziert ermöglicht. Leider erinnern wir uns nicht mehr an ihren Namen, möchten sie aber trotzdem ausdrücklich positiv hervorheben.

Außerdem waren die Zimmer schön und sauber und die Lage des Hotels war hervorragend. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können dieses Hotel wirklich weiterempfehlen.

الحرص الزائد والتوجيه المستمر من صاحبة الشقة وكاننا لا نفهم
لايوجد تكييف ولا مراوح خصوصا لمن يسكن في اشهر الصيف الحارة

Great staff and good location
Pros:

It was our third stay at this hotel and we always come back for two reasons: the staff and the location. Especially the front desk staff is always so nice and helpful, they always try to help all guests with all kinds of issues and each time we were here it was the same experience. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast is just so-and-so because it is kind of bland. The food was ok but you get tired of the same thing each day. Good for 1-2 days but for longer trips, I would not choose the breakfast option again.

Perfect voor stedentrip Wenen
Pros:

Fijne bedden, schone kamer, kwalitatief en kwantitatief goed, perfecte locatie en vriendelijk personeel. Hotel is recentelijk vernieuwd. Kamers zien er modern uit. Vanuit het vliegveld kun je de snelbus nemen, die stopt op 4 min lopen van het hotel.

Gode senger. God beliggenhet i forhold til sentrum og offentlig kommunikasjon. Hyggelig personale. Godt renhold.

Badet var veldig lite på vårt rom. Minnet mer om et bad på en lugar. Deler av hotellet noe slitt. Lite utstyrt fitnessrom.

Cons:

מלון בינוני עם בעיה של חוסר בהירות בנוגע לחניה. לקחנו רכב ליומיים אחרונים מתוך 6 הלילות ששהינו במלון. נאמר לנו פעמיים (ב- check in למלון, ובבוקר היום שבו לקחנו את הרכב) , שאין בעיה בחניה ולא צריך להזמין מראש. שאלנו מראש כי היה דף מודפס בכניסה לחניון שהוא סגור עקב נקיון ( הדף היה כבר יום או יומיים קודם לכן, ובגלל זה טרחנו לשאול במפורש ) , אבל כשהגענו בערב הרלוונטי הראשון עם הרכב למלון, סורבנו בכניסה לחניה בטענה שהחניון עובר נקיון וכך גם ביום השני , והופנינו לחניון אחר ( קצת יותר יקר ) . לא ראינו שום פעילות של נקיון בחניון . העובדה שלא קיבלנו מידע עדכני מראש קילקלה את חווית השהייה במקום

i really liked location, inront of the hotel there was a big commercial stores. including MCdonalds, especially if u have a tight budget you could literally eat one meal for 5 euros .also the view on other side was big beautiful church. the metro was right there. the staff was very friendly and helpful. housekeeping was daily. everything was awesome.
