We are regular guests at Leonardo hotels, and on the whole we think it's quite adequate
Pros:

The breakfast was OK, the location is excellent, the stuff was quite polite.

Cons:

I would appreciate if the hotel had more English-speaking TV channels since majority of guests are turists from different countries.
The liquid soap is very difficult to dispense from the bottle.

Pros:

Helpful staff. Decent size room. Comfortable bed. Great location!

Cons:

The aircon in our room would not go below 22 degrees. The shower head was too small and low and the flow of water insufficient to get properly clean.

Westbahnhof tren istasyonuna ve metro durağına oldukça yakın.Metro ile ulaşım gayet kolaydı.Odalar temizdi ve kahvaltısı ortalama düzeydeydi.Etrafında market ve restaurantlar yürüme mesafesinde bulunmaktadır.

Cons:

Şehir merkezine biraz uzak olduğundan metro ile gidip gelmek gerekiyor merkeze..

Tuve una estancia muy buena . Volveré sin duda .
Pros:

La localización es espectacular . Viaje con mi hija y fue muy sencillo y regresar de donde sea. Las toallas y productos de aseo como la cama todo muy bien . Volveré a viena nuevamente y no dudaré en volver reservarlo . Lo recomiendo.

Cons:

Me hubiera gustado tener información del restaurante o menú o servicios que ofrecen en la habitación para poder evaluarlo y así poder consumir .

Pros:

The location is perfect, close to the subway, a lot of cafes and parks nearby, wonderful . The staff is friendly and the breakfast cis good.

Cons:

During the first few days there was construction, which was very inconvenient. Lots of noise, dirt- would've chosen a different hotel if we were informed of that beforehand .

Empfehlenswertes Hotel, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Westbahnhof entfernt, sehr zentral, am Beginn der Mariahilferstraße mit besten Shoppingmöglichkeiten. Freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, alles was man für einen Städtetripp braucht.
