The staff most of them were great except for one of the ladies at breakfast (Hispanic). She was rude to an older couple who spill something on the table and asked for help. She showed up throwing the cleaning rug on the table and left. The senior felt uncomfortable and clean the mess. The lady then came back and started talking about it with other customers complaining. So unprofessional

BEST Best Western I’ve ever been to. The room was spacious, comfortable, well-maintained, clean, quiet, and smoke free. The morning buffet had every option I could ever need including healthy options, and the eggs did not taste like plastic like most hotels. Everything was well prepared and good quality.
We left Pismo Beach and stayed here on the way to Los Angeles. We were not familiar with the area but it seemed to be in an ok area on a main road. There were other hotels on that road as well. We used the hot tub and pool and they were clean. We slept well. The beds were comfortable. Nice to have a complimentary breakfast provided to start our morning. Ruby checked us in and she was very nice.

The breakfast was okay. The eggs were not eggs. Tasted like water!!! Powdered eggs are not breakfast
