De kamer was goed

Geen mogelijkheid om te dineren en door de staf voorgestelde eetgelegenheden waren niet meer kan kroeg-niveau.
Ontbijt was in een massale ruimte met veel drukte en erg rumoerig.

Alles was netjes schoon en fris, fijne bedden prima bad/douche, een hele verademing na de ervaring in Porlezza
Kamer komt overeen met de fotos op de site

Cons:

We konden geen warm eten meer krijgen na onze reis. Er was maar 1 kok en die kwam blijkbaar voor een groep. Dat was wel een beetje zuur omdat het mijn mede reiziger in de rug geschoten was en haast niet kon lopen, zodat we niet op zoek konden naar een andere eetgelegenheid maar op de kamer maar een broodje uit de reistas gegeten hebben.
Ook kon men ons niet helpen aan een paracetamolletje en wij dus in de avond nog op zoek moesten naar een apotheek.Dat was een beetje jammer.

Bel hôtel à proximité de Heidelberg
Pros:

Parking devant l'hôtel (8 € par jour), espaces communs vastes et agréablement décorés, bon accueil, en particulier pour le petit-déjeuner (très bon et avec une très large gamme de produits). Chambre propre, quelques restaurants à proximité.

Cons:

Nous étions 3 adultes. Le 3ème lit était fait sur un canapé et le matelas glissait sur l'assise du canapé, ce qui était inconfortable. À défaut d'un troisième vrai lit, il faudrait une housse antidérapante sur le canapé lit, sous le matelas.

الغرفة لا يوجد فيها هاتف للتواصل مع خدمة العملاء ولا يوجد فيها غلاية كهربائية لتسخين المياه والطاقم غير متعاون وسيئ للغاية . للاسف اعتمدت على المعلومات والخدمات المعلن عنها في منصة Booking.com، إلا أنني فوجئت عند وصولي بأن المرافق والخدمات الأساسية المذكورة غير متوفرة

Gutes Hotel, mangelnde Kommunikation.

Großes Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Der Rezeptionist am Ankunftstag. Wir haben online eingecheckt, damit es schneller geht ( so hieß es in der Einladung sich online einzuchecken). Wir haben explizit Zweibettzimmer gebucht. Als wir gefragt haben, ob wir zwei Betten haben, war es nicht so. Dann musste er ein anderes Zimmer geben. In unserem Flur sah aus wie auf einer Baustelle. Die Handwerker haben nur neuen Teppichboden verlegt und die Arbeit war nach ca. 18 Uhr fertig und es war überhaupt nicht schlimm. Aber wenn der Rezeptionist das gleich gesagt hätte, wäre es besser gewesen.

Freundliches Personal und m. E. sehr gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Dass, die Parkplätze alle hinter einer Schranke sind und es ansonsten keinerlei andere Parkmöglichkeiten gibt. Aufpreispflichtig. Sollte man ggf. gleich im Zimmerpreis inkludieren. Wenigstens gab es ausreichend Parkplätze
