Fantastic
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location. It is easy to reach from the autobahn and only a short bus ride into the town. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is fantastic. All the staff are friendly and welcoming.

Prisvärt hotell i utkanten av trevliga Heidelberg.
Pros:

Läget var bra, utanför stan men ändå med promenadavstånd in till stan. Trevlig personal, bra frukost och hundvänligt.

Die Zimmer waren gut. Das Personal am Empfang und im Restaurant war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer wurde an mehreren Nächten nur einmal gemacht, das Personal dort sprach kein deutsch. Auf der Homepage ist von zwei Restaurants die Rede mit schönen Bildern. In der Realität gab es nur ein beengtes Restaurant/Bar ohne Fenster, nicht sehr schön. Die Wartezeiten sind sehr lang.
Vermutlich Personalmangel.
