The Captains stay 😉
Pros:

My parents stay regularly (The Captain) 😂 and the staff are fantastic thankyou

Cons:

Very hot in the room couldn't open the window properly or turn the rads off otherwise brilliant value for money

Good value for money for a short stay
Pros:

Good location. Staff friendly. Food plentiful. The hotel has had a very good facelift.

Cons:

There was a wedding ring on the floor and a bottle top under the bed which shows the cleaners hadn’t done a particularly good job. The ring was handed into reception. The nightly entertainment was dated but it fitted most of the clientele. But you can hear Penny Arcade once too often.

Very enjoyable
Pros:

The room was very good and clean, Always a good breakfast on offer and the location of the hotel could not be better also the on site parking is a bonus, the bathroom was fine but needs a little attention for older people like ourselves it was not a walk in shower there was no bathmat and not enough handles to help you in and out of the bath and inside the bath to help steady yourself whilst having a shower, Altogether we had an enjoyable week and look forward to our next visit to Southport

The location was good
It was very near a few facilities
Quick walk to Kings Gardens

Cons:

The hotel is very tired looking. The windows are filthy
We upgraded our room but it was nothing special
The bed side table drawer was broke
The bathroom door would not close
