Currently under construction and no where during booking did it tell you that. Our floor was a construction mess; drywall mud all over the hallway floor, drywall dust everywhere...etc. Hotel is outdated and poorly laid out.

Заблоковані двері на вулицю, і чуже авто біля кімнати. Яке сосіди ремонтували, і постійно , то заводили його, то глушили.
I wasn't happy that I wasn't able to take a bottle of the shampoo and body wash home as the desk clerk was ki d of rude about. I was so willing to pay for it but was rudely told no.
Location to highway was perfect
Not the property’s fault but there were kids running around the hallway until 1am. Kept us awake.
Close to where we needed to go and to hwy 403. Had fish and chips for dinner, very good.
Hard ridge on left side of bed. Sliding door to balcony very hard to open. Breakfast fine but buffet food lukewarm. Elevator broken.
It was located by the highway and the breakfast was very good. Ìt was very clean and the decorating was very modern.
Nothing, it wàs great stay.

- big clock in pool area was not at the right time, which made us late for funeral one of us was the pallbearer! We were not happy!
-room choice by the highway
Instead of more quiet area even if hotel was barely full
-Floors in my room were very sandy everywhere
-i had not brought any shampoo nor conditioner nor soap, i usually do. Got in shower no soap no conditioner, didn’t look my best that day for funeral
-there was something like plastic in scrambled eggs
-guy beside my room, was fighting early early morning and using cussing words woke me up and i got scared if the banging
-dog on other side of room barked several times
The pool
Sparking outlet next to my bed. Then mad to feel stupid for plugging in my iphone charger that only has two prongs because outlets have 3. Than asked to plug in my iphone into a faulty socket so the could see the sparks for themselves. I throw a fit because why would i risk a $2000 iphone so they can see sparks. I got upset left saying i was checking out. The maintenance man and manager than proceeded to talk about while being roughly 20 ft behind me so i got even moree mad turned around and I said just because I’m disabled does not mean I’m retarded you shouldn’t be talking about me like I can’t hear you. Then I was told repeatedly to calm down by the manager like that was gonna work and telling me that the maintenance man didn’t have any customer service skills, but this manager’s customer service skills were calmed down. We didn’t tell you we wouldn’t give you anything. I literally told him I don’t want anything at this point I want to leave. And I told him that if this company didn’t want to make it better that his boss could reach out to me because I did not want to speak to him. Well that was yesterday when I checked out and I still have not heard from them surprise surprise.
The staff was friendly and breakfast included.
The room smelled weird and the air conditioner was very loud so we didn't get a good night's sleep. Overall I think the rooms need to be renovated. There could also be better lighting in the room. The passage way also smelled.
Room was clean & comfortable
had coffee and tea which is nice.
No Kleenex in the room.
No shower barrier at the bottom for the walk in shower so water was all over the bathroom floor
