Pros:

The beds were very comfortable. The gym was amazing, had a nice washer and dryer. $2 each load really nice. Ice machine snack vending machine drink machine. A very nice games.

Cons:

The pillows were very uncomfortable
The restaurant was not open like expected. As for many hours Not a lot of beverages or snacks to choose from.

Not enough towels. No conditioner. Hot tub not working seems to be a lot of new immigrants hanging about the property. Not a good look when there are families staying with small children.

My family walked into our room and were taken aback by the smell of smoke, flies, and hair on a pillow. We turned around and left the hotel. It has been impossible to speak with staff since as we have attempted to gain a refund. Calls to managers have gone unanswered. Corporate at Booking.com and BW say they cannot help. Avoid.
