Cons:

Das Bad müsste renoviert werden. Beim Personal fehlt die Ansprache, begrenzt freundlich. Für mein Motorrad musste ich € 12/Nacht Parkgebühren zahlen.

Pros:

Un hotel muy elegante y completo, con todas las comodidades. Se destaca el wellness.

Cons:

La nevera minibar estaba dañada. 4 días esperando que la repararan y nunca lo hicieron. Deberían tener neveras de repuesto y apenas uno reporta el daño, ir y reemplazarla por una buena.

Cons:

Zimmer war nach 15:00 Uhr nicht fertig. Personal war mit der Buchung einer weitern Nacht überfordert und woölte dafür einen überhöhten Preis.

Ok, weil Lage gut und kurzfristig Zimmer frei waren.
Pros:

Personal war sehr freundlich!

Cons:

Parkgebühren waren intransparent. 12€ pro TAG sind ein stolzer Preis, wenn keine Überwachung dabei ist und keine Sicherheit geboten wird. Ich fand die Hotel-Ausstattung für den Preis nicht hochwertig.

Gut gelegenes Hotel, leider ohne Klimaanlage
Pros:

Gute Lage des Hotels nahe der Altstadt.

Sehr gztes Frühstück.

Cons:

Keine Aussen-Rolläden an den Fenstern, keine Klimaanlage.
Das Zimmer auf der Sonnenseite heizte sich bis zum Abend auf 30 Grad auf, das geht gar nicht.

Das Hotel ist keine Empfehlung für heiße Sommer.

Teilweise lustlos erscheinendes Personal, was jedoch der Hitze von aussen bis 38 Grad geschuldet sein könnte.

Uns hat die Nähe zur Altstadt gefallen. Guter Startpunkt für viele Aktivitäten.

Cons:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in der Nähe der charmanten Ludwigstraße. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sauberes und gemütliches Zimmer, köstliches und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück sowie Zugang zum Pool. Ruhige Lage mit herrlichem Alpenblick.
