Not happy.
Cons:

We booked a standard room for 2 pax with a balcony but upon checking in were given a room with one small queen bed for a single person, marked as “Single Handicaped” type of room on the floor plan and later on the folio. The facilities in the room were outdated, black mugs with cracks, no kettle for making tea, no shower gel, the windowsill paint was cracked, and the A/C blew directly on the bed, so first it was impossible to fall asleep and then next morning everyone woke up with cold and running a allergy. Once we got the the key and saw our room, we returned to Front Desk and asked for a change. The answer was “we have a big golf group booked in”. Also, the mattress was totally uncomfortable. The Front Desk forgot to acknowledge the BW membership status or offer clear info upon checking in. Breakfast is very basic (unless someone is fond of free mediocre bacon.

It was shit.
Pros:

There was enough space for everyone. There were laundry facilities available. There was a full kitchen with counter space.

Cons:

The faucet of the kitchen sink broke off. The blankets were about 1/4" thick and there were stains on the spare blankets for the pull out bed. The shampoo/conditioner/soap was in a laughably small container (about 1tsp).

The staff were extremely rude (knocking on our door at 10pm when we had 4 children sleeping) expecting us to move our electric vehicle, which was waiting for a charge station so that a tesla could take our parking spot. They asked us to move multiple times and even accosting us and yelled at us in Indian while we were moving luggage to the car in the morning. There was no thought to offer us a charging spot, nor did they ask the other EV which was already charged to move. Then in the morning while we were packing things out to the car they charged our cards and charged us the damage deposit when we didn't damage anything. Then got angry when we asked to split the cost of the room. All in all the staff were rude and inconsiderate and I'll never stay at another best western.

It was a great place for the girls soccer team to stay for their tournament.

Cons:

It needs some updating. Bathroom towel bar was talking out of rotten wall. The hot tub needed major work as it had alot of grime on the tiles that you could scrap off with your finger nail - also it appears the chemicals were out of balance as it was very milky

Great experience overall; great staff, good breakfast and location.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed it. The breakfast had a lot of options with warm proteins which are great.

Cons:

The only not great part was one night the hot tub seemed to be malfunctioning and was bath water temperature.
