The smaller pool and hot tub were closed but no sign up, only the big water park pool was open and you had to sign up fo

Location was good, size of room was good dated room but clean

Cons:

My room was right next to the vending machines and the house cleaning supply room
So it was so loud

Overall it was a good stay and we would book again
Pros:

Clean and breakfast was very good. It’s worth the extra cost if you have to pay for it. The sauna was tucked away in the ladies change room in the gym and it was so peaceful

Cons:

A bit strict for kids even though it’s meant to be kid friendly

Nice hotel
Pros:

The breakfast was wonderful. The rooms were great. The front desk was helpful. Loved how close it was to a gas station and the airport.

Cons:

The housekeeper came in at 8:36 AM. She didn't knock or announce herself. She just walked in. I wasn't fully dressed!!!!

Pros:

The waterpark was awesome. The breakfast buffet was so good and a great value. The Murphy bed was nice.,

We found some mold by the window in our room. We informed the staff about it.

Loved almost everything! The staff are phenomenal. The water slides were fun. We will be back!
Pros:

The staff were great in considering our family's needs. They knew we were arriving that night before a wedding the next day and they put us in a quieter section of the 6th floor. When they saw that we would be gone for a night to Canmore but would return the next night, they were willing and happy to store one of our luggages in their secured storage until our return.

The pool was clean and well stocked with towels.

Cons:

Parking was a bit harder to find on some nights but not awful.

The bed mattresses were too soft for us and we had sore backs after 8 days.

There were a lot of loud sports group teens that were running around on the floors on the weekend nights so it was a bit harder to sleep.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr nahe am Flugplatz. Die Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
