Stressful incorrect parking fine. Great location, lovely room, front of house could be friendlier.
Pros:

It’s a nice hotel, great location, good views, quieter part of Sheffield to relax

Cons:

Reception staff seemed quite cold. I was waiting for a while to check in. Could be a bit more friendly honestly as it’s the first impression to the hotel.
Main problem was I got incorrectly fined, although I paid for the parking. Stressful and inconvenient.

Pleasant relaxing stay
Pros:

The Modern feel. Comfortable beds. Tasty breakfast

Cons:

Stayed on Level 5, took ages for the hot water to come through. Waitress in the Tavern who served us in the evening had no customers service skills.

Great Stay and would definitely visit again.
Pros:

We stayed in a Twin Room which had Two DoubleBeds. Very Modern. Shower was Excellent, TV had all of the terrestrial channels! We used the Pool/Sauna/Steam Room. Rington's Tea/Coffee/Biscuits in room were a nice touch. Local markets in Victoria Quays right outside on weekends!

Cons:

Spa Facilities were a bit dated but did the job. Room did not have AC but a Fan was provided in the room.

Did what we needed but not as restful as would have liked
Pros:

Rooms spacious , well equipped beds amazing

Cons:

Restaurant very noisy, woken by fireworks from wedding party late at night, woken in mornings by noisy vehicle doing something with cameras in the car park

Great location, wonderful hotel, get there early for the carpark 👍🏻
