Pros:

The staff were really friendly and helpful, the food in the restaurant was excellent, the bed was really comfortable.

Cons:

Some of the room firnishings were a bit "tired" and the carpet looked a bit grubby.

Brilliant
Pros:

Brilliant couple of nights staying here with my friend. The staff are always so friendly also the lovely Manager Lewis. It’s a perfect location for shopping, eating and drinking. Excellent cocktails 241 between 3-5pm.

Location is great if you travel via Folkestone.

Cons:

Not a 4 star hotel or the standards have dropped dramatically. Very expensive in general, £40 pounds extra just for a small dog.

A solid stay if you need a hotel in Kent. Not a luxurious experience but very pleasant.
Pros:

The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Fit our needs well and was in a good location for our event.

Cons:

The room could have been cleaned more thoroughly, there was a good amount of dust and there were stains along the walls and carpet.
