Great value for money, staff good and friendly, food was good and very dog friendly as we travelled with 2 pet dogs.
Pros:

The staff were excellent and well informed and good at their jobs. The food at the bar was nice too and the pricing wasn’t bad either.

Cons:

The only downside to the the property was unfortunately kind of out of their control but we stayed during an unusual spell of hot weather and the rooms were absolutely boiling hot at night, we couldn’t even cool it down with the supplied fan in the room but again it was out of their control.

Hoped for a lot better

The health facilities , room was ok. Cleaners friendly. Staff ok. Thanks for the decorated bed for my wedding day.

Cons:

The bathroom was tired. Chipped pain, chipped sink and bath. No lights around the mirror. The room was really dark. No top lights, have to keep the curtains open for light but on the ground floor means you are seen from the car park when trying to get ready. TV doesn't work, channels need updating with a new Ariel. TV remote filthy. Staff ok but not that friendly especially the health facilities, no towels, nearly wasn't allowed in even though we had 10mins before cut off, then kicked out 10mins before closing.

Bar staff were pleasant.

Cons:

Room was in need of refurbisment. No air conditioning. Carpets in reception were dirty. Given odd glassses for two gin and tonics and tonic was on tap and filled the glass.

Fantastic stay at this awesome hotel.
Pros:

What a fantastic hotel in a superb location.
All staff members were so helpful, so friendly & always professional.
Housekeeping did a great job, beds & pillows were comfortable.
Room size was great & bathroom was as hoped for.
Breakfast buffet was outstanding, secure parking was available (at a cost) & the hotel is dog friendly.
What a fantastic stay at this superb spotlessly clean hotel.
Great job to all concerned.
100% recommend this hotel if visiting the Maidstone area.

It's convenient

Cons:

The room was a bit worn..the net curtains were stained..the carpet was stained..the sink in the bathroom was cracked and there were cracked tiles on the floor in the bathroom and the toilet had black mould..there wasn't enough staff on duty at the bar and coffee shop..usually only one server for both and could never be found..other then that we had a nice stay and will probably stay again

We very pleased with the stay at your hotel and are definitely coming back.
Pros:

We loved the two important facts:
The accommodation price included access to a gym and a swimming pool. Also, the pool was open and accessible to children as early as 7 am. We received a twin room that was spacious and well-sized, ideal for a family of three. We also liked that the room had a little fridge! Breakfast included good alternatives that were both fresh and delicious.

Cons:

Because it was a short stay of only one night, we did not notice anything we disliked.
