Pros:

The room was comfy and clean, the bed was a bit hard but we slept quite well

Cons:

The communal areas corridors etc could do with some tlc, painting etc
Being charged £6 for parking after £90 for 1 night, why ?surely that can be absorbed in the nightly rate

Cons:

We booked two rooms for family members also, wouldn’t recommend this hotel as previously said in a review. The room was very damp and dirty, the bathroom was in a desperate need of a good clean and again the bed was very uncomfortable. The carpet is very outdated and was actually wet in certain areas to walk on. There are nicer hotels or airbnbs in the area for better money

Pros:

Staff is very friendly. We arrived (very) late in the evening. During booked we talked about this and wasn't an issue.

Asking for simple things at the reception was very nicely handled.

Cons:

Although a little higher in price. The location for going with the shuttle or fairy is very near this hotel.

It was okay, but the hotel needs some money spent on it to improve its standards generally and the Housekeeping cleanl
Pros:

Big bedroom and bathroom and shower facilities and nice swimming pool and restaurant. Good parking facilities.

Cons:

Our room was dusty on arrival. We asked one of the housekeeping staff to come and clean it which they did but we were surprised that they did not use any cleaning spray or cloth, just a pillowcase! The carpet in our room 162 was stained and the bathroom floor and sink was chipped and really needs to be replaced or repaired somehow. We were surprised at the lack of air conditioning and glad that we did not stay during the heatwave periods. The big fan provided was pretty effective though, so well done. We should not have to pay £6 for parking outside the hotel. It’s money grabbing. There was no jam available at breakfast and you should provide fresh tomatoes and not tinned but the rest of the breakfast was fine and better than other hotels we have stayed in Thank you. The gym equipment should have equipment for abdominal exercise
