Location. Staff was nice.
Dirty. Out of everything; mainly towels. Had a new employee that wasn’t trained and left alone. Employees that weren’t new TRIED to be helpful but could only be as useful as what was provided to them, which was lacking. The first floor smelled terrible which I paid $150 more for so I can bring my clean, welll-behaved, service animal. They have exactly ONE cleaner who doesn’t speak a lick of English. Also, they’re expanding for some reason?! How about renovate and work on the current state and hire more staff before wasting precious resources on more work you cannot keep up with. Really disappointing experience.
The worker who Checked us in was so nice. We talked for quite awhile and he made us feel welcomed. The room was very clean too
Thr parking lot was a mess and very few spots. The breakfast was awful!!!! There was a large group of soccer players and they were very loud and kind of rude. The guy in the breakfast room sat on his phone and never moved to do anything. there were no eggs and he sat watching his phone and never made more. I ended up just eating a yogurt because everything else was gross.
Location was good. Staff was helpful. Pool was nice. Room size was nice.
The hotel appeared to be short staffed. Room restocking was not done daily - we ran out of toilet paper.

The front door could be automated, tough getting luggage cart out the door by oneself.
Location was 15 minutes from the PA Renn Faire, so that was an easy drive.
Room main door was very hard to open/close since it was detached from its top hinge. Shower wand adjustment rod was disconnected from the wall. Bathroom sink faucet was hitting the mirror which was mounted too low and was loose. Coffee pot in room did not work, took to management and never received a replacement.

The food was decent and that's honestly about it.
The blankets were stained , there was hair all over. In the bathroom and on the night stand in between the beds. I came all the way from Delaware so to complain about it we would have been s.o.l. As the receptionist told me we booked the last room . (Available for renters with a dog ). It was not worth what I paid for to stay for 1 night. I am beyond disappointed. Many places didn't even have any more rooms so I was forced to deal with this .
Stayed for a soccer tournament. Our room literally looked over the soccer fields. The convience was amazing. This is not a luxury resort but I was there with my sweaty 15 year old. The staff was amazing and we enjoyed our stay. Even with a hotel full of soccer kids, it was a quiet and relaxing location. I would stay here again.
I was a bit worried about prior reviews but I didn't find that they held teeth. The hotel is adding a wing and their parking was limited but we all figured it out.
The location was perfect and the room was roomy and comfortable.
