Beds were nice, room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

Room service was terrible, couldn't eat much.
The cleaning system for rooms didn't make sense - popped a notice on the door saying no cleaning needed = $10 off food, but then had no way to claim it on room service. Also meant we couldn't have replacement coffee pods? Didn't seem to make sense.
Breakfast most mornings was cold.

Troubled.
Pros:

Reception staff were efficient

Cons:

The air con did not work
The doors could not be left open, as security grill lock broken
Tv did not work
No mobile signal
Wi Fi did not work
One of the courtesy drink bottles of water had previously been opened - ie seal broken - and appeared to have been refilled and left amidst the courtesy items.
Wayfinding to the room was less than ideal.
As a consequence of above, I had a bad night of broken sleep.

Definitely recommend for golf enthusiasts
Pros:

The room was spacious, and view to the golf field amazing. Bed was fine.

Cons:

Too far from the city. The menu at the hotel restaurant was very basic, so we had to drive somewhere to the city for having dinner. Breakfast was very modest as well - the variety of food options was limited. It took ages to buy coffee there, and it wasn't the best one. No lifts (so hard to carry on heavy bags). No enough signs to find the needed building number or pass to the other amenities (breakfast or pool)- we were lost twice there. a little bit oldish
