⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/5 — A salute to the entire team!

A heartfelt salute to the entire team at Hotel Ambassador, New Delhi. From the moment you enter, the warmth and hospitality are exceptional. The gentlemen at the gate, in their brown uniforms, were so welcoming and courteous. I unfortunately don’t remember everyone’s names, but every single person I interacted with was amazing.

A special mention to Neeraj at the bar, who was excellent. My special thanks to Shanti, who was wonderful while taking our room-service order, and Imtiyaz, who was equally amazing with the service.

What truly stands out here is that the hospitality feels genuine and personal. Everyone makes you feel welcome, and that is something you don’t find everywhere.

After this experience, I honestly don’t feel like staying at any other hotel when I’m in Delhi.

10/5 for me! ❤️

Great stay in a beautiful historical property.
Pros:

Beautiful property in an excellent part of the city. Lovely rooms tastefully decorated. Great staff very friendly and helpful.

Old world charm! Dak Bungalowesque!!!! Would have been amazing during the British Raj
Pros:

Great location - which is exactly why we chose it. The breakfast may not be a super lavish spread.... but they made whatever you requested, and made it very well. Absolutely fresh and delicious.

Cons:

Hmmmm.... the upkeep could be better. A bit disappointed to see an empty mini bar. It's got an old world charm - could make this USP instead of an excuse for the poor upkeep.

A lovely stay
Pros:

Had an amazing stay with the hotel
Staff is courteous and responds on time for every query.
The breakfast and dinner both were delicious.

Old world charm and 5 star hospitality
Pros:

Outstanding experience at Ambassador. Loved the old world charm of the building and the quiet neighbourhood. The breakfast was fabulous too..extensive variety everyday.
Equally commendable was the guest relations ably managed by Apoorva at the helm with Ranjan, Khushi and Prakash.

Excellent Stay & Warm Hospitality

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The hospitality was excellent, and the entire team was very courteous, helpful, and attentive throughout.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Lovely stay at the Ambassador again. The staff is the nicest here and makes you feel at home. Priti, Apoorva, Uma Shankar and Ranjan at Yellow Brick Road feeds you like you are family. Dropping in at your table to make sure you are well taken care of.

Wonderful stay and cooperative staff. Had a comfortable stay. the breakfast was a highlight.

2. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with an old world aesthetic charm
3. The breakfast spread is something we look forward to. the staff at the restaurant is helpful. Chef Dev makes sure everything tastes wonderful.
