Bel emplacement, mais chambre trop peu confortable.
Pros:

Très bel emplacement dans le quartier de l'Opéra.
Gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel.

Cons:

Le défaut majeur est la taille des chambre. Minuscule. Avec une porte des toilette à 20 cm du lit , coulissante avec un jour important.
Je n'avais pas fait attention à la taille de la chambre en réservant, me fiant à l'enseigne et au prix.
Je ne reviendrai pas.

Cons:

Tout petit pour un prix exorbitants. On se serait cru dans un clapier. Heureusement que c était pour une nuit.
Tellement petite la chambre même pas de porte à la salle de bain. Une planche coulissante qui fermait mal.

Bien dormir à Paris, profiter du foisonnement des divertissements, merci l'hotel Mercure

Emplacement très sympa, un quartier qui vit.

Cons:

Dans la salle d'eau, tout est tout petit, on dirait une maison de poupée. j'ai été étonnée de ne pas trouver de mouchoirs jetables. Pour l'enseigne Mercure !
si c'est possible de proposer du porridge d'avoine à l'avenir ?
peut on prévenir les clients que cette rue de Trevise est piétonne ? du coup il ne faut pas avoir de gros bagages.

La localisation est vraiment bien, plusieurs métro, des restaurants
Plusieurs quartiers très sympa aux alentours je recommande

Cons:

Nous voulions une chambre avant 15h, on l’avait précisé plusieurs fois
On a du attendre 1h avec plusieurs relance pour enfin obtenir une chambre à 14h30
Une meilleure organisation aurait été appréciable compte tenu du prix payé, d’autant plus qu’un établissement voisin semble parvenir à gérer un afflux similaire de clientèle dans de bien meilleures conditions

Lovely brief stay in Paris
Pros:

Nice room with comfy beds, great air conditioning (during heat wave), complimentary drinks were a nice touch, helpful front desk staff. Relatively well positioned in the 10th arrondissement, very easy access to Metro lines 8 and 9.

Cons:

Not nice view from classic room.
There was no room for two people inside and at night there was terrible noise coming from the hotel unit/air conditioner outside.
The rooms are not soundproofed, so you can hear noise and conversations of hotel guests at night.
There was no privacy in toilet. There were no standard doors.
