Rooms need to be upgraded
Pros:

One of the worst rooms I've ever to stayed out. Rooms are cramped and outdated. The room was supposed to accommodate 3 of us but barely fits two with luggage. Carpet is stained and disgusting. The sliding door for the bathroom was broken and patio door wouldn't lock. The hotel needs to be revamped and modernized. On a positive note, the location is great and the staff at the front desk are very friendly. The breakfast was very decent for such a crappy hotel.

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, las habitaciones de buen tamaño y con los servicios necesarios
El desayuno es uno de sus puntos fuertes. Es variado y con muy buena sazón. Me encanta que siempre ofrecen arugula entre las opciones de vegetales.
La magnífica atención del personal, en el desayuno Hanan y Flora siempre eficientes y calidas.
Pirros en la recepción muy amable, nos brindaba información y se esforzaba por hacerlo en español
Otra cosa que me gusta mucho del hotel es su enfoque ecológico al no dar botellas de agua sino poner un surtidor en el pasillo y unas botellas de vidrio en la habitación para que uno pueda rellenarlas las veces que quiera, ahorrando así producir más basura de plástico

Cons:

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este hotel y en esta ocasión me decepcionó un poco el mantenimiento
Reporté qué surtidor de jabón de lavabo no funcionaba bien que faltaban los vasos y una taza, que había charcos en el balcón, son aspectos mínimos que eran de fácil solución pero que hablan de una falta de supervisión adecuada
La alfombra está un poco deshilachada en la entrada
Son pequeños detalles que deterioran un poco la buena imagen del hotel

Hotel with good location and helping staff.
Pros:

The location is good. Breakfast was good and staff was efficient and courteous. The bedrooms are bit dated and too bright for that sunny summer days. 5 AM and light right into your eyes. Rooms really need dark curtains. Overall it is good hotel

Cons:

Rooms needs to be update. Queen bed need one one queen mattress, not join two. But these things were not deal breaker for us.

Very friendly and helpful staff, Prosperity, Leandros and Mike were excellent with suggestions to busses, restaurants and bookings. Hotel is close to most attractions

Beautiful lobby and well kept facilities. We did have an issue with our bathroom drain, when taking a shower the floor would flood if we went back to back showers. They were quick showers at that. But the included breakfast was awesome, the staff was amazing.

Central location, friendly staff…clean-ish but dated accommodations.
Pros:

Great location. Close to entrance to Acropolis, Plaka, Museum, lots of restaurants, subway. Staff friendly and breakfast nicely appointed. For this we give it high marks.

Cons:

Property is dated….like 70s dated. It looks the same as it did when we stayed there in the early 90’s.
