Tolle Lage aber in meinem Fall überhaupt nicht Kundenorientiert.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage, das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, grosse Vielfalt.

Cons:

Leider ist die Klimaanlage ausgefallen. Eine Lösung gab es keine so dass ich bei 26C übernachten musste.

Pros:

Alles, außer E-Mails die man sendet, weil man Fragen hat über Booking com vom Hotel nicht beantwortet wurden , dort bekam man nur gesagt, man hätte zuviel zu tun gehabt und konnte deshalb nicht antworten!

Empfehlenswert! Schöne Lage im Grünen.
Pros:

Großes Zimmer, stilvoll eingerichtet, schöner Blick ins Grüne. Sehr ruhige Lage (keine Innenstadtlage!). Hervorzuheben: Es gab eine Zwischentür zwischen Eingangstür zum Zimmer und eigentlichem Hotelzimmer, wodurch jegliche Geräusche vom Flur her ausgeblendet werden. Das sollte eigentlich immer so sein, gibt es aber nur in wenigen Hotels. Schöne Frühstücksterrasse.

Cons:

Masslose Kosten für Parkplatz, Zimmer ok aber in die Jahre gekommen.
Klimaanlage ging nicht: Lapidare Empfehlung „Zimmertausch“ und keine Entschuldigung.
Nur blöd wenn das erst um 23:00 auffällt - fällt in die Kategorie „muss einfach klappen“

Sehr schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Schönes Hotel in wunderbarer ruhiger Lage auf dem Venusberg. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Sehr gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Abends haben wir im Restaurant ebenfalls sehr gut gegessen. Besonders schmackhaft und reichhaltig waren die Spargelgerichte. Auch dort sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Cons:

Die Musik in den Fluren war etwas störend.
