Pros:

Great location. Walking distance to area attractions, food, shopping, etc. Nice beach access. They had a great hot breakfast with lots to choose from.

Great stay!
Pros:

Wonderful stay! Check in was smooth and the receptionist was helpful and friendly. She even helped me arranged shuttle ro ferry and Arnold ferry tickets were available to purchase there. The room was clean and comfortable. Breafast was pretty standard stuff but it was clean there and food was hot.

Stayed for one night on a spontaneous trip with my husband. We loved our room.

Our room has a great walkout little patio on the first floor. It was very clean and the a/c worked beautifully! The receptionist checked us in and allowed us to receive Best Western points, even though I booked it through a third party under my name and not my husband's name. That was so very kind of her! Much appreciated!

Not a hotel to stay at
Pros:

I would never stay here again. The room had a bad smell to it. Not sure if the room had been cleaned anytime recently. There were cobwebs hanging from the light. The kids I had with me didn’t even want to use the pool. We didn’t eat the “free” breakfast. I had booked this hotel based on AAA rating. I wouldn’t refer my worst enemy to this hotel. And when I went to check out their computer system was down but they would email me my receipt. I’m still waiting a week later.
