Staff molto accogliente, giovane e gentile
Location was great for where we were visiting. Lots of shops, cafes, bars etc near by - didn't have breakfast a the hotel the room was very basic but ideal for somewhere to get your head down.
The room could have a been a bit better the beds are not very comfortable at all :(
Location, location, location
We were there for a two night stay, not enough tea, coffee, milk in the room. We wouldn't have had the room cleaned if there was enough provisions. Just a little heads up to the management, if it's a couple of nights stay at least provide enough tea, coffee etc. Staff were lovely

Beds were comfy but ive had better at premier inn.
Location was fine.
You couldnt sit on the toilet as you would normally as the sink was in the way. So you had to sit side on.
No hand towel left in the room
The sink is super low (child height)
The water takes a while to get hot.
TV wasnt working (apparently an issue on the whole lower floor)
Nowhere to hang towels
The room was small not alot of space to move about (fine for 1 person)

Fantastic location with plenty to do in Greenwich nearby. Very friendly and accommodating staff, comfy bed. The hotel also has an Asian restaurant attached for a quick tasty lunch/dinner. Located very near both the DTL line and the train station so it was easy to access central London.
Some minor inconveniences - slightly slippery shower and the tv had some problems, but these things are very minor and the stay was still very enjoyable.
Excellent location , friendly efficient staff , dog friendly
The most important things for me were the location, safety, and basic comfort. And I can say that I'm satisfied with those aspects. Public transportation stops are located near the hotel. The room is clean. Breakfast is simple, but delicious.
I’d especially like to mention the help I received from a few of the staff members at the reception and the opportunity to use the ironing room for free.
Soundproofing. But this is a common problem in hotels. Overall, it's quiet at night, but sometimes you can hear loud noises from the hallway or from neighbors through the wall.
In some places, the interior of the room shows signs of wear and tear.
