Dirty sheets & Hot room
The room was clean And spacious and the bed was comfortable
I appreciate that we stayed at a very hot time however I would expect a hotel to have air conditioning as standard as an air cooling system is not sufficient for aummer in London now. Unfortunately due to this we had a very poor night’s sleep.
Friendly cooperative staff, great location, clean room, good breakfast
The AC is not effective but to be honest, it was really hot in London (37°) but they gave me a fan
Nagyon jó helyen volt a programjaimhoz.
Nem volt olyan.
I liked the location and the staff were lovely, also, the hotel decor and styling was definitely our cup of tea! The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the sheets and pillow cases were crisp and white.
My only issue was the air conditioning wasn’t working, it was on but it wasn’t cooling the room at all.
There was actually a fan in the room, which we used, but again, as there wasn’t any cool air coming through the opened window, the room was very warm making it uncomfortable to sleep. It was an extremely hot few days so I don’t want to be too harsh, but I definitely think that the air conditioning needs looking at.
Check in was easy and the communal area downstairs was welcoming, with a pool table and a TV showing sport. Also a terminal to order an Uber which I thought was a great touch. There were enough parking spaces for us to secure one as they cant be booked in advance so I was worried we might not be able to park. Theres no restaurant so apparently you can buy a voucher to use in the restaurant next door for breakfast which is a good system. Room was clean but the bathroom venting meant it smelt of drains a lot of the time. But it was all clean
For the money it was exactly what I was expecting! It's not luxury and it doesnt pretend to be, and the price reflects that. We were facing the road and slept with the window open and found it was quieter than we expected, with the window closed you couldn't hear the road at all.
Nothing especially.
Location is great
We had a problem with room initially- it had a bad drain smell - but staff were very helpful and changed our room
Great location, friendly helpful staff
It was a little hot in the room.
Cómodo, buena ubicación..buen desayuno
El personal no nos intentó hablar nada en castellano. Nos entendimos, pero poca facilidad
No air conditioning in rooms and very bad nights sleep
The location was perfect as we had tickets at the o2 and the bus to the o2 was a5 minute walk from the hotel! The staff were friendly and accommodating as well! I would definitely stay again
It was warm in London during my stay and I would have liked if I could have controlled the air con better. But other than that no complaints
Breakfast was alright x ordering the cooked breakfast was a bit confusing with the ordering system but the buffet was nice
Mainly with me it might sound daft but I couldn’t tell if I had locked the room door at night it opened from the inside wether you’d locked it or not and for a woman travelling alone this was a concern x
The location and parking facilities for the hotel were great. The staff were all very kind and accommodating to our party who consisted of adult SEND learners. We managed to rearrange the accessible room so that it suited the needs of our wheelchair using learner. The hotel was welcoming and managed to put all staff and learners on the same corridor which really helped.
The accessible room could have been bigger to more easily accommodate our wheelchair user's needs.
Location
No fridge .
Cramped bathroom toilet difficult for one with disability.
