Overall excellent. Very comfortable and staff all seemed lovely and helpful.
Pros:

Good. Could have more cooked choice and maybe more yogurt flavours at breakfast. They had run out of normal breakfast t bags. It was great getting a room on the lower level as my mums mobility is poor. Great having the Uber order touchscreen in lobby.

Cons:

Because rooms and bathrooms so compact ( which is fine ) it wasn't easy getting to the toilet. Also my mum struggles with mobility the toilet seat was very low down for her

Good experience
Pros:

Great location, the staff are very welcoming and professional, the room was very clean, well equipped. Bed, pillows very comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast area was not very well organised. Waited for some time for staff to clean the table. The cooked breakfast was not great

Pros:

Receptionist were welcoming and friendly

Cons:

No drinking water served in rooms which is standard practice when making rooms up. You may want to consider that going forward.

Great location but service was not great

Boa surpresa com as opções da região.
Pros:

A localização é boa. O bairro é distante do centro de Londres. Mas, isso já era sabido. Muito bem servido por transporte público, tanto ônibus quanto metrô. O quarto, assim como o banheiro é bem pequeno. Mas, não comprometeu. O café da manhã é bom. Muitas opções de bares, restaurantes e outros tipos de estabelecimentos comerciais nas vizinhança. O Cutty Sark fica bem pertinho. O mercado de Greenwith (que é uma gracinha) também.

Cons:

Tive dificuldade para me entender com o chuveiro. Mas, deu tudo certo. Em contra partida, as toalhas eram bem boas.
