بشكر الاستاذ فهد موظف الاستقبال على اهتمامه فى سرعة الاستجابة فى تغير الغرفة نظرا لوضعها السىء
واحب اشير الى بوفيه الافطار بأنه جيد

لايستحق قيمة الحجز نهائياً وتفاجئت بأن الابراج محتاجة اعادة تأهيل شامل وعدم الراحة نهائيا عمال الصيانة والاصلاح تعمل من الساعة 7 صباحاً حتى المساء وازدحام المصاعد بأعداد اكبر من الاحمال المطلوبة وذلك نظرا لوجود عدد 3 مصاعد فقط لاتكفى للنزلاء اثناء النزول والطلوع

Pros:

The best part about this property was its close proximity to the Haram. It was very convenient for prayers and made it easy to go back and forth, especially with the family and young children.

Cons:

The hotel is quite old and badly needs remodeling and renovation. The carpet in the room had an unpleasant smell, which affected the overall experience. The entire property needs significant updating and maintenance. Another major issue was the elevators, which were too few and very slow, especially during prayer times when the hotel was busy. Improving the elevators and renovating the rooms would make a big difference in guests’ comfort and overall experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Makkah Towers. The hotel’s location is excellent, and the service was outstanding. Special thanks to Mr. Akram Maghrabi from the Reception team for his warm welcome, professionalism, and excellent hospitality. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Faisal Hariri from the Customer Service Call Center for his exceptional assistance, kindness, and continuous support. Both made my experience truly memorable. Thank you for the excellent service!

BReak fast was not that good as it was ,I use to stay in makkah tower more then 20 years but last 2 years service is getting weak even the staff is not cooperative not friendly the rudness shows in all of them

Perfect location and friendly and helpful staff at all times
Pros:

The location is perfect for easy access to the haram and other facilities and we loved that about it. Spacious room double toilet really helped.

Cons:

Lift access and the crowding at shoving to get to the room or out to access facilities was a definite problem that needs a better solution
