سكنت ليلتين بالبرج الثاني كان نظيف واهتمام من عامل النظافه .وسكنت بالبرج الثالث بإحدى الغرف يوجد رائحه من النزلاء ممن سكنو قبلنا والحمامات ليست نظيفه كما يجب

Cons:

The issue of lift services , some times you lost prayers waiting foe lift
Secondly the water fountain at 3rd floor enterance is being dismantlied and replace for a coffee shop. This is an absurd decision

الذي لم يعجبني رائحة الغرفه من نزلاء سكنو قبلي وكانت مكتومه ..فتحت الشبابيك والمكيفات حتى تلاشت الرائحه..الحمام غير نظيف

Pros:

1. Rooms are equipped with all needs.
2. Location too close to Haram (It seems to be part of Haram yeard).
3. Although the reception was over over over loaded by guests, the low number of receptionists were not sparing any minutes to serve the gustes.

Cons:

I would say an area of improvement :-

1. To increase the number of front desk receptionists to serve the high high high number of guests.
