Waiting time for lifts
Very close to Haram
Lifts are terrible. Sometimes we had to wait 15 minutes for a lift to appear . Only 3 lifts for such a large hotel is not enough.
Facility is nice, workers are freindly nice, location nice
How to reach by car was not very easy due to location infront of haran with no tunnel acess like the clock tower hotels,To drop off or take your luggage you have to go through parking entrance thats is paid regardless or not it is expensive( 12 SR per entrance) why should i pay, elevators are busy esp at prayer times
Very very close to Haram,
Big issue was lifts,As groups stay at the Makkah tower 3 especially indonesian groups,Hence the lifts were very hard to get and always feared loosing Salah if left after hearing Azan.
Plus due to some construction the famous stair case which is famous for fountains and pigeons and also easy access to shops,food court from tower 3 was closed.
It really created to much trouble for us.
Location. Tower 5 is as close as you can get to the haram. Hotwe were very accommodating. Gave us early check in and partial haram view.
Decor is a bit old. The additional beds had mink blankets, would have preferred duvets with white sheets.

We have been coming to this hotel many times and it never fails to disappoint! Absolutely love it.. The location is 100/10!

I loved the location of the hotel; including, access to basic essentials like pharmacy, groceries, and food. I liked the consistent, daily cleaning, as well as, the cooperative disposition of the various friendly, and helpful staff. Thank you to Mr. Mahmud at reception for the complimentary upgrade to the Haram View room.
I really disliked the sewage smell that escaped the drain from one of the bathrooms. This negatively impacted overall comfort and experience. The noxious odor ruined the mood and appetite of all residents in our hotel room. Moreover, we got upgraded to a room with extra bathroom, but failed to make use of this benefit, as no one wanted to use this washroom due to vitriol odor. This is unacceptable for a premium hotel to have these plumbing issues. We informed housecleaning and maintenance teams multiple times on this issue. All they would do is flush some disinfectant in the floor drain which would solve the problem for 5 minutes. Very disappointing experience. I would expect much better maintenance and hygiene from Makkah Towers.
اخذنا غرفتين وحدة مجددة ووحدة على النظام القديم المهم ان الغرف المجددة شرحة وواسعة وانا احب اسكن بالابراج لان اذا كانت الخيارات لاكثر من 3 افراد تكون فيه دورتين مياه وهذه ميزة رائعة خصوصاً قبل الصلوات للوضوء ، الموظفين كانو متعاونين معنا في تسجيل الدخول والخروج لكن اللي بيحجز عندهم ينتبه لنقطة ان الحجز لازم يكون باسمك احنا كنا عائلة وانقسمنا على اكثر من وسيلة مواصلات والغرف كانت باسم الوالد وتأخر بالوصول وصلنا قبله ورفضو ان نستلم الغرف الا عندما دخلنا الموقع وغيرنا اسم الضيف وتسجيل الخروج متعاونين فيه
لا اظن انني سأسكن هنا مرة أخرى لأن البرج تخدمه 3 مصاعد فقط ويصير ازدحام شديد اوقات الصلوات وراحت علينا الصلاة اكثر من مرة والمصاعد بطيئة بالرغم من قربه من الحرم وسهولة الوصول لكن فندق مكة التابع لنفس الشركة مصاعدهم اكثر وسريعة جداً وانا سكنت بالابراج لعدم توفر امكانيات في الفندق
وايضاً لايمكن وصول السيارات الى الابراج لازم نصعد على استقبال الفندق ونمشي مسافة وكان متعب سكنته قبل سنتين كانت السيارات تنزل للمواقع 15 دقيقة مجاناً للتحميل والتنزيل وحتى الساىقين كانو يطولون الطريق يقولو ان في مدخل مقفل

I enjoyed staying at this hotel due to the proximity to the Haraam , the room size was very good , we got our room upgraded at no additional cost. Breakfast selection was very good .
Everything was good about this hotel , the only thing that could be improved were the lifts 3 lifts were not adequate especially during peak time you have to sometimes wait for a long time for the lift .
