The hotel was nice clean had a beautiful gardens and a relaxing bar are clean room
The one lift was out of service my friend had arrived hours before me and had been waiting 4hr before a member of staff offered to help her with her luggage up the stairs as she struggles walking and going up stairs
The garden was nice, apart from all the rubbish and cigarette butts
The room was filthy and very poorly maintained

Food not up to standard
Bathroom water very low pressure I had to ask for someone to come and fixe it they did but was temporary, been told they will try to get it fixed next morning never comeback.
Spent 2 nights bedsheets hasn't been changed nor the towels when asked response was they were very busy with a apology, very disappointed.

Not clean at all, bath extremely dirty i had to boil the kettle 3 times to clean the bath before I could even think about touching it, pubic hair all around the taps even on the sink, spoons and cup disgusting

Great location, clean and beautiful hotel, nice and helpful staff.
Elevator did not work, there is no USB plug in the room however the nice receptionist was able to provide one. Leisure facilities just for extra charge not included in the stay.
Hotel was beautiful and the pool was fantastic especially as I had a child with me and they could access the small pool independently. Love the easy access to drinks pool bar. The breakfast was perfect and delicious. Can’t wait to stay again!
Maybe a fan on a stand so it circles the room. Had to stand on a chair at night time during summer.
