Mangelhafte Kommunikation bei Wasserausfall

Leider war mein Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend. Während meines Aufenthalts wurde das Wasser abgestellt, ohne dass vorab darüber informiert wurde. Dadurch konnten wir uns morgens weder duschen noch anderweitig versorgen und mussten früher abreisen als geplant.

Besonders ärgerlich finde ich, dass die Gäste im Vorfeld nicht informiert wurden. Hätte ich von dem Wasserausfall gewusst, hätte ich ein anderes Hotel gebucht. Zudem wurde keine erkennbare Ersatzlösung angeboten.

Ein solcher Ausfall kann passieren, aber die fehlende Kommunikation gegenüber den Gästen ist aus meiner Sicht nicht akzeptabel. Daher kann ich das Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Bad war nicht sauber, Staub und Spuren von den Vorgängern auf den Fließen.
Keine Hygienebeutel und auch kein Haarshampoo nur Seife!

Praktische Unterkunft für die Weiterreise über den Frankfurter Flughafen
Pros:

Das Hotel ist von der S-Bahn gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Deswegen war es perfekt für unsere Übernachtung vor dem Abflug.
Die Betten waren bequem und die Zimmer sind ruhig.
