Tout s'est bien déroulé concernant le séjour.

Cons:

L'établissement est très bien, mais l'accueil manque clairement de courtoisie. La personne à la réception s'est montrée hautaine, tant avec moi qu'avec une jeune salariée.
Après de longues minutes à me soutenir que je n'avais pas de réservation (qu'elle a fini par trouver), elle a d'abord refusé de m'imprimer ma facture au motif que c'est désormais interdit. La démarche s'entend, mais la façon de le dire n'était pas appropriée. Son logiciel n'arrivant pas à l'envoyer par e-mail, elle a finalement accepté de me l'imprimer.
Pour finir, la première chambre attribuée n'était pas nettoyée, et la seconde était communicante, avec un refus de verrouiller la porte de séparation. Une remise en question sur l'accueil de la clientèle est indispensable.

Very poor stay with again non English speaking receptionist
Cons:

Bed sheets were filthy. Receptionist did not want to speak English and was rude to us.
