Pros:

Petit déjeuner super, un important choix, mais un petit bémol , le choix du repas du soir est à revoir sauf l'assiette de fromages qui est très local ; c'est un plus pour cet hôtel.

Cons:

Voir plus haut, pas un repas réel, c'est surtout des bocaux "bistrot" . Avec le choix "assiette de fromages" , c'est super ,bien présenté et bien fourni et des fromages locaux.

La proximité de l'autoroute pour une nuit de passage.

La personne de l'accueil lors de mon arrivée tardive, qui m'a fait payé la nuit alors qu'elle était déjà payée m'obligeant à faire une réclamation auprès de Booking! J'avoue avec la fatigue de la journée et la multiplicité des réservations, que je ne savais plus si la chambre avait déjà été payée ou pas, mais lui aurait dû le voir !

Cons:

Chambre humide et poisseuse, ma pire expérience dans un hôtel. ça sentait le renfermé les draps étaient moites et pégueux c'était abominable. Nou savons très mal dormis et somme partis au plus vite le lendemain matin.

Pros:

J’ai réservé en urgence une chambre car les parents âgés de 80 ans ont mal été accueillis au Campanile Avalon
Merci à la personne qui m’a accueilli au téléphone d’une bienveillance incroyable et qui a pris la peine de me rassurer quand mes parents sont arrivés à l’hôtel
Ils ont pu dîner et ont pris un bon déjeuner

Pros:

L’accueil du personnel, Marie et Aurélia sont au petit soin ainsi que le reste de l’équipe ! La propreté de l’établissement , chambre spacieuse et bien entretenue , petit déjeuner copieux il y a largement ce qu’il faut et pour tous les goûts . Le calme de l’hôtel aussi .
