Eins A Hotel, netter Empfang, geandioses Frühstück, Schwimmbad war sehr gut, SPA konnten wir nicht nutzen. Sauber, komfortabel, zuvorkommendes Personal

Tolle Lage , ein überraschendes Upgrade, perfektes Hotel für ein entspanntes Wochenende, alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, sehr schöner und gepflegter Wellnessbereich, umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Peaceful hotel with spa
Pros:

This is an oasis, beautiful building and surroundings. Stay in a room in the park wing, quiet and modern. The spa is great, a pool that continues outside, and a well equipped gym. Dinner was a buffé, which was fine, you can also choose a la carte. Dog is welcome in the hotel but with some restrictions.

Cons:

A few things can improve; all guest information is given only in German. I have absolutely NO idea what it says, for example info about the spa, or instructions about this or that. It shouldn’t be much of a problem to add an English version.
Dogs are welcome in the hotel, which is nice of course. But not in any part of the restaurant, which means you have to eat in the lobby. That can be ok but somehow gives you the feeling of being ”second class”.
We didn’t get any information that there is NOT daily cleaning, only on a second day basis. So we waited and waited for fresh towels etc. That info needs to be communicated at check in.
Finally, the last contact at check out was quite unpleasant. I asked for a printed receipt, since I didn’t get any at check in even though I paid the whole amount then. It seemed to be surprisingly difficult to specificate what we were paying for, not just the total amount.
