Pros:

L'emplacement, la vue, la piscine
Le staff est accueillant en particulier Adnane à la réception et Mr Reda le responsable de l'exploitation.

Cons:

Les équipements et le mobilier très anciens ... l'hotel nécessite une réelle mise à niveau !

We paid a lot but couldn’t enjoy the stay
Pros:

The staff were very kind and professional, and the service was good.

Cons:

However, the hotel was under renovation (painting, dust everywhere), the room needed maintenance (damaged/missing tiles), and the outdoor pool was empty. The indoor covered pool was also extremely cold, not heated as expected.
Breakfast was disappointing (hard, not fresh bread).

Most memorable and pleasant stay
Pros:

We were treated so well at the Smir Marina Hotel. It is clear that all staff pride themselves in offering the best customer experience. We were grateful to end our holiday here with great hospitality and personal service. Thank you so much to all the staff we came across. The property was clean and the grounds immaculate. A very memorable few days!

Very beautiful, comfortable, clean rooms, with great views. Great service. Good wifi, pet friendly, good parking.

Cons:

Bathroom would need a revamp especially the shower cabin, with a weird door giving a bit difficult access.
Breakfast was mostly sweet items, with limited savoury selection, and no fresh veggies or olives.
