Kaunis paikka, mutta palvelussa parannettavaa

Hotellin sijainti on kauniilla paikalla ja helposti saavutettavissa. Talojen välillä voi helposti kulkea maanalaista tunnelia pitkin, vaikkakin on paljon nopeampaa mennä suoraan pihan poikki. Aamupala oli runsas ja kattava, henkilökunta siivosi pöytiä reippaasti. Huone oli kaunis ja viihtyisä ja todella tilava.

Cons:

Henkilökunta puhui tosi huonosti englantia joten asiointi oli hieman haastavaa, sillä me puhuimme vain hieman saksaa. Henkilökunnan naiset eivät paljoa huomioineet asiakkaita, miehet olivat tarkkaavaisempia ja kohteliaampia. Ravintolassa asiointi illallisella oli todella vaikeaa kun henkilökuntaa ei meinannut löytyä millään ja palvelu oli kiireistä sekä kireää. Illallisbuffet ei sisältänyt minkäänlaista juotavaa vaan kaikki maksoi erikseen. Huoneen kylpyhuoneen puhallin oli todella äänekäs.

Aus diesem Hotel könnte man so viel machen. Es müsste unbedingt renoviert werden.
Pros:

Frühstück, Schwimmbad und Lage waren super

Cons:

Zimmer war nicht so toll gereinigt
Alles wirkt sehr alt und stehen geblieben

Pros:

We received a luxurious, spacious, and comfortable suite for a family of five, featuring a balcony with a stunning view, two bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchenette. The breakfast was also delightful.

Cons:

The only slightly difficult thing was that we had to carry all our luggage up three flights of stairs to the family suite, because the elevator didn't reach that floor.

Schönes Hotel mit Flair
Pros:

Das Personal war immer freundlich. Besonders an der Bar abends.
Die Zimmer sind schön ruhig und alles war wirklich sauber.
Ganz toll dann ich, dass das Personal an meinen Geburtstag eine Kleinigkeit in unser Zimmer gebracht hat.

Cons:

Ich finde Teppiche eher ungünstig, weil man jeden Fleck darauf sieht.
Die weißen Wände der Flure zwischen den Häusern finde ich sehr kahl. Mit ein bisschen Farbe und Bildern aus der Gegend fände ich es persönlich gemütlicher.
Ich empfand unser Zimmer (502)als fast schon zu dunkel.
