Fijn hotel, aardig en heel goed engels sprekend personeel. Tegenover metrostation, en vlakbij Accor Arena. Aanrader voor een verblijf in Parijs.

Can't share anything I like really.
I was really looking forward to this stay, but it fell short in almost every way.
The location was a letdown — the surrounding area felt industrial and rundown, nothing like the charming Parisian streets I expected. It didn't feel like being in Paris at all.
The room itself was the bigger issue. While it had clearly been cleaned, the headboard had a large, permanent-looking stain, and the shower had mold in several spots that looked like a lasting fixture rather than something missed during cleaning. These are maintenance issues, not a one-off housekeeping slip — and for a hotel charging Paris prices, that's hard to overlook.
This hotel is listed as 4-star, but the standard felt closer to a 2-star budget property. The rating doesn't match the reality at all.
Overall, a disappointing experience I wouldn't repeat.

L'emplacement idéal juste à côté du métro 6. Ça permet d' aller partout dans Paris. La propreté et la gentillesse du personnel.
