Всичко беше много добре организирано. Закуската беше много разнообразна. Персонала беше изключително отзивчив и помагаше да преодоляваме проблеми от най-различно естество - помощ за градския транспорт, осигуряване на такси, когато се налага и за осигуряване на всички удобства по време на престоя.

Disappointing if you are expecting a 4 star accommodation, but the staff is lovely and the hotel is clean.
Pros:

The staff was lovely, and it was very clean.

Cons:

It was clean but not 4 stars. No one to help with the luggage.

It lacked all amenities in the room, only providing shampoo body wash combo

It was reminiscent of a Holiday Inn express; kept up but lacked any bells or whistles.

I’m baffled how they maintained a 4 stars- more like a 2.5-3
