There was 2 members of staff that were so lovely and amazing especially the girl who works in the bar and brought room service to my room. I got pizza & chips &2x Diet Coke and apple cider and was only £29 which I thought was good value for money. Then 2 alperol spritz were £22 and again found that good for money as glasses were bigger than normal. Then She told me to stop coming down to order when to order through the tablet or call as that’s what they are there for and not me having to come down to order everytime I wanted something which I found very lovely and thoughtful as some other hotels you don’t get such lovely responds like that (I’m not sure if she was maybe the bar manager) (I mean no offence with saying her culture but I think she was possibly polish just so I’m getting the correct person and the correct person getting the credit shes overly deserved of)shes an extreme asset to the hotel and plays a very big part of it doing well and the review I’m giving could have been less if it wasn’t for her 10/10 for her all round. The fella who checked us out also amazing he helped us with routes etc as we were going to a concert on 1 of our 3 nights he told us the best and the cheapest way rather me paying a fortune on Ubers to Wembley he gave us tube directions and we got there and back safely, on checkout he was back on shift and took the time to ask how the concert was and talking to us at checkout and wishing us a safe journey home to Glasgow!
Room was far too small the bed was a small double and I was sharing it with my 15yr old daughter who has a stoma tube so I hardly slept incase I hurt her in my sleep, I did ask about a bigger room but was told no by the girl at the desk, Iron was not good as that didn’t work properly and the ironing board was not working properly it was not straight it went down to 1 side. I had to ask for the iron as it wasn’t in the room. I payed £758 for a 3 night stay that didn’t include breakfast as that was then £19pp per-day but also paid £25 on arrival to get into our hotel room 2hrs early yet it was ready but I understand they have there rules etc. also Under the bed was dusty (which it’s right at a busy road so I kinda understood it as such) there was mould on the bathroom ceiling above the sink and around the shower door at the bottom. I didn’t feel the quality of the room was worth the money I paid and that’s me being honest but if it wasn’t for both staff members being so lovely I would have checked out and got another hotel then go through booking.com and insurance for a refund.i was hoping this was going to be an amazing hotel and re-book it before I came home for when I come back in September to celebrate my daughters 16th birthday but I can’t see that being the case unless a different/bigger room or something to have me re-think.the amount of times I hurt my toe off the bed to get around to the side of the bed at the window side wasn’t good.
Very good location. Close to Euston station
I like the shower and I like the location
I didn’t like being in a basement room where I could hear traffic noise
Great location.
Room was alright but the shower was awful. Didn’t drain and water was inconsistent. Couldn’t get warm water out of the sink tap either.
Pb d’enregistrement à l’arrivée - la personne a pris notre document pendant que nous allions visité Versailles et quand nous sommes revenus, elle n’était plus là et impossible de remettre la main sur notre document … pas très agréable …

Room 302 - Road noise unbearable
Disinterested staff - didn’t ask about my stay because they would have known it was terrible
Room was awful from vibrating plant nearby
Good location Standard British Breakfast and Continental. Helpful and kind staff
room a bit small
Breakfast was ample, with an OK range of hot and cold choices, but not extensive like other venues I’ve stayed at, with no cold meats and some pastries, fruit, hot and cold drinks and choice of some hot breakfast food options. I had the poached eggs with salmon and hollandaise sauce and avocado and poached eggs on sourdough - both lovely.
Room was clean, tidy and modern. Window had soundproofed panes to reduce the traffic noise which was good. It could have done with blackout curtains in addition to the blind, to block out daylight when sleeping though.
The air con was welcome and it was a good location, close to the Tube and bus routes within walking distance of central London too.
The light switch was odd, as there were multiple controlling different lights in the room, where one either switched on the ceiling lights, or a bedside lamp, or,both, which was confusing to navigate.
The way the en-suite was placed in the room was ingenuous and quirky. I liked how they managed to fit a large shower in, while keeping natural light into the room, and the shower was nice and hot and powerful. My only gripe was the small sink in the en-suite and smell from the drains. While clean and no complaints on the quality of the fittings, small things like having a soft close toilet seat and larger sink would help. I found the sink was barely usable as it was a tiny one used in downstairs toilets.
Overall, however, I would stay again and felt the venue was in the better range of places I’ve stayed in for London. Staff were pleasant and courteous.
location
The bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky!
Location
TV screen was smashed and didn’t work. Room was tiny. Corridors were grubby. Lift smelt like smoke. Very noisy.
