Excellent value for what you get
Pros:

Large room with great view of darling harbour, friendly and helpful staff, clean room and great location to tourist hotspots, lots of places to eat nearby and restaurant and bar onsite

Cons:

15-20min walk from Town Hall or Gadigal station and 27min to Barangaroo station, bathroom exhaust fan always on so had to close door, outdated Aircon system that wasn't very intuitive

Cramped, lacking things needed when staying more than one night
Pros:

The breakfast was fantastic, best part of the stay. Plentiful food, excellent variety, good value!

The facilities provided were adequate but we needed places to put things to avoid tripping over each others gear. We could tell effort was made to provide what’s needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping was brilliant. So we’re the staff. Air con was a bit warm and very noisy. But we didn’t freeze! Lifts efficient! Location excellent! Uber station in lobby so helpful! Pizza in restaurant was so good, we ordered another one the following night. Wine list good!

Cons:

The room was really only big enough for one person. The tv location produced neck and head discomfort.
The pillows were all the same, shapeless, too high. Our personal preference is not sheets wrapped a quilt but we realise that’s how it’s done nowadays.
