I liked the location and staff was very friendly on arrival.

Cons:

The bathroom needed a fan and a vanity unit. The bar fridge very old and noisy.

Comfortable, I saw Vivid fireworks from my window which was nice.
Pros:

The location is ideal.

Cons:

The construction work in front meant access was through carpark only from ICC, from what I could tell.

It was ok, but won't be coming back
Pros:

Easy access for Uber pickups and the destinations we were going.

Cons:

Hotel is quite run down, our room was small for a couple, the shower had an uneven floor and squeaked every time. It also leaked water onto the bathroom floor.

Location and parking onsite (expensive)

Cons:

Bar closed at 10pm. We had been on Vivid cruise and expected bar to be open later on a Saturday night during Vivid. Breakfast was less than acceptable. The hoards had been through and food was not replaced. Tables were not cleaned.
