Business trip in CDMX
Pros:

The room was spacious.
Variety of offer for breakfast, also mexican specialities.
Fresh fruit was excellent.

Cons:

The breakfast could not be included in the booking, needed to pay separately.
The traffic outside was loud.
TV provided only one (music) programme. The remote needed to be replaced while not working.
Only few (3) hangers in the cabinet.

我们需要发票的上面显示房间，并备注上入住人的姓名，酒店做不到。所有其他的酒店都可以这样，但是唯独这家不行。有一个叫Laura的女经理非常傻逼，头一天别人承诺可以做到，第二天到了她就做不到，非常不专业。

Very friendly staff and great location.

Cons:

The staff from the restaurant (the waiters) were not very attentive. He wpuld serve the Coffee and did not offer sugar, creamer or milk. Did not follow up. They were more engaged in their conversation, which was very innapropiate for the location.
