The hotel location is very good. The rooftop pool and restaurant at night is lovely! The rooms are efficient and comfortable. Our stay was nice, and we took advantage of on-premise parking.
The front desk staff was hit-or-miss. We were given incorrect information about room service (which is very limited). We were requested to bring laundry to front desk (which contradicted previous direction) just to be told that was not necessary…perhaps a training issue? Other than one gentleman at the front desk, which sadly fielded most of our inquiries, we had pleasant interaction with all other staff members.

everything was great
Excellent location in the heart of Seville. Welcoming staff and great facilities. Having the rooftop pool and bar to retreat to after a day in the Seville sun was so beneficial. We also didn’t need public transport at all as the hotel was close to all sights, bars and restaurants.
We were close to the service elevator which meant we could hear housekeeping talking in the mornings, meaning a lie in was difficult. Just a small complaint that most wouldn’t even experience!
The Hotel was amazing , the roof top bar was a beautiful bonus. The location was great but finding the hotel was a bit tricky and the roads to the hotel very narrow ( as it is right in the old town)
La camera era molto pulita e l'hotel molto carino, specie il rooftop con la piscina.Lo staff ci ha fatto trovare acqua, set di cortesia, ciabatte e una lettera di benvenuto con dello spumante in camera: abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo!!

Easy parking by staff, welcomed soon as we got there. Bags taken to room. Reception staff explained everything and recommend areas to visit.

People putting their towels & belongings on the loungers by the pool and then leaving them there unused for 4/5 hours before returning when other people couldn’t get places to lie by the pool. Some sort of system needs to be put in place
