This hotel is so beautiful! The staff are friendly and welcoming with excellent facilities. The location is perfect and the rooftop swimming pool was such a bonus in the blistering heat of Seville.

Location close to all major turist attractions,cleanliness of whole hotel + rooftop pool also.

Notre séjour était parfait. Les chambres sont spacieuses, modernes et très propres. Le personnel est au petit soin, très arrangeants. Le rooftop est génial pour profiter du soleil. L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter les monuments principaux à pied! Je recommande à 1000%.
Excellent séjour ! L’hôtel est magnifique, d’une propreté irréprochable et les chambres sont très confortables. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible. Le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel, avec un très grand choix de produits de qualité. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le restaurant en terrasse, ouvert jusqu’à minuit, ainsi que le bar de la piscine. Une très belle adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter et où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

La temperatura dell’aria condizionata nell’area comune esageratamente fredda. La ristorazione praticamente assente comunque non all’altezza di un 4 stelle. La vasca doccia in camera scomoda.

So I love the location of this hotel and the short transfer time between the airport around 15minutes. The pool and terrace is lovely well maintained the breakfast is great with a large selection. The rooms are good size and the beds large and comfortable and clean. Staff are friendly and always willing to help and meet any requests... Also a bottle of fizzy sent to my room on my birthday was a lovely touch. The hotel is fairly Morden and all areas well maintained and very clean.
Nothing I can say that I disliked, however I do feel the rooms themselfs could have more plug sockets, no shelfs in the bathroom plus the wardrobe had a fixed safe so hanging maxi dresses made that difficult on one side of the wardrobe, there should have been another mirror for putting make up on and getting ready with 2 women sharing it was a little frustrating. The balconys are good however no chairs to sit on which meant you couldt sit out there first thing before it got to hot to enjoy your coffee which the hotel provide a coffee machince for you to make tea or coffee. The pool area does not open to 11am which I consider a little late would be better to have that facility open 9.30/10am. But I guess it's to do with staff as it's the same staff at breakfast and pool area and bar. The hotel could improve on their check in time we did have to wait until 4pm which is the standard time for the hotel check in however I feel 3pm would have been a much more exceptable time.

Great location! Room was spacious! Beautiful rooftop terrace with a nice pool! And we got a surprise cava in our room which was so nice.
In general all was great. The rooms are simple but modern. The gym could have been bettet equipped.
