Lenzuola sporche piene di macchie gialle e sangue. Alla richiesta del cambio sono arrivate ugualmente sporche. Inoltre la risposta del personale è stata “non possiamo garantire che le prossime lenzuola saranno pulite”. Il peggior hotel mai stato. Non abbiamo ricevuto scuse. Inoltre la stanza odorava pensate mente di muffa.
Habitación amplia y la cama muy cómoda, sábanas muy suaves, distintos tipos de luces cálidas e iluminación ajustables. Muy limpio todo, no sentí ningún olor a humedad (lo cual era muy importante para mi), housekeeping a diario a la hora que necesitáramos, olor agradable en cada nuevo linen. La piscina muy buena, quitasoles junto a las reposeras, así que muy bien. El staff muy amoroso y disponible a ayudar siempre, tienen motos para rentar y hubo flexibilidad para hacer late check out sin problemas. Frente al hotel hay una lavandería y la ubicación es mayormente tranquila. Si la habitación es tu prioridad, este será un buen lugar para quedarte.
Me habría gustado que tuvieran el restaurant funcionando para acceder a comida en el lugar, pero estaba en mantenimiento. Sin embargo, no fue mayor problema porque hay varios lugares cerca (en moto o auto) donde se puede encontrar comida y también se puede pedir delivery. Lo otro que sugeriría es pintar la fachada del hotel, ya que se ven las paredes negras con moho, lo cual opaca el aspecto, sobre todo al estar en la piscina.
The rooms here are exceptionally clean, comfortable, and impressively spacious. It is the perfect spot for resting and relaxing, offering a calm environment that feels tucked away from the city hustle, yet remains conveniently close to everything you need. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the proximity to several beautiful beaches and local restaurants is a major plus. Also, prices are really reasonable if you want an early check-in or a late check-out. They offer one hour of early check-in or late check-out free of charge based on availability.
The kitchen and restaurant were undergoing maintenance while we were there, so we had to find our meals elsewhere. It wasn't a huge deal since there are good spots nearby, but it’s something to keep in mind if you were looking forward to the convenience of on-site dining.
Páčilo sa mi jedine správanie personálu, pretože sa snažili čo najviac nám vyhovieť. Bohužial keď je plesnivý hotel, moc nevyhovieš.
Pleseň všade. Bolo to až zdraviu nebezpečné. Nakoniec nás presunuli do nejakého pokoja, ktorý bol jak tak vymalovaný, každopádne tam bol počuť zase ruch z ulice tak moc, že sme sa ani jeden z nás nevyspali. Museli sme odísť. Následne hotel ponúkal raňajky a restauraci, bohužel už rok ju “rekonštruujú” takže bez akejkoľvek možnosti jedla/pitia

Слышно иногда, что происходит в соседних номерах. И в улувату много живностей, но это относится к району скорее…

Le personnel a pu garder les affaires quelques heures après mon check out.
Mauvais rapport qualité prix, le ménage n’a pas été fait entièrement, il y avait encore la nourriture du précédent client dans le frigo, et il était sale. De même pour les tiroirs, ils étaient pleins de poussière et je n’ai pas pu y mettre mes affaires.
Des petites fourmis rapide peuvent très vite arriver dans la chambre. Personnel un peu en retrait et pas souvent à la réception. J’ai fait des hôtels ici moins chers et bien mieux entretenus.
Clean, quiet, and very comfortable place to stay. The property has a beautiful and well-maintained area with a nice pool and sun loungers where it’s great to relax during the day. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always helpful.
There is also a convenience store and several excellent cafés within walking distance, which makes the location very convenient. Overall, it’s a peaceful and pleasant place to stay, and I really enjoyed my time here. 🌴
