Pros:

Fantastic location with friendly staff and comfortable hotel

Cons:

Shower drainage needed some work to avoid future problems to the hotel , it was reported on our first night but not rectified during our stay

Pros:

Loved the fact that you can swim right across from the front door in the Loch. The restaurant quality was outstanding. Really recommend.

Pleasant comfortable stay
Pros:

Pool steam room and jacuzzi very nice

Cons:

My kids wanted to try jacuzzi and I feel like if monitored a 7 and 9 year old can go in for a short period of time and we’re not allowed.
Room was very hot for a warm summer night and duvets too heavy - had to open window and use fan
Some waiter staff not that friendly. Most were great!

Beautiful hotel and location that we would highly recommend
Pros:

Beautiful building with decor that was in keeping with the buildings age, the room was spacious and clean and had a beautiful view out onto the loch.
Victoria who works in the hotel was truly lovely and very helpful.

Cons:

Whilst I think the hotel is stunning, for such an expensive stay, we felt at least breakfast should have been included.

Staff all delightful and efficient- breakfasts delicious

Cons:

Put notice in bathroom to say happy to reuse towels during the stay

Good and we will come back once the opportunity arises
Pros:

The food was excellent alongside the service in the bar and restaurant.

Cons:

The drinks prices in the hotel were not in line with the website prices, which I informed the reception about and in turn they quickly put it right by charging us the website prices .

Also dont agree with service charges on drinks and again the hotel was prompt at reviewing the bill accordingly.

Overall we had a great stay.
Pros:

Bedrooms a little tired but staff and food were excellent. The spa was outstanding.

Cons:

No safe in the room. Hotel needs to be refurbished in general.
