Relaxing, excellent spa, beautiful location
Pros:

We had an excellent overnight stay at Loch Fyne Hotel and Spa. The facilities were clean, we enjoyed spending time at the pool. We enjoyed the spa and the treatment we had was relaxing. The food was excellent. We will be coming back.

Pros:

Beautiful location, friendly, helpful staff and relaxed surroundings. Restaurant was first class - excellent food and service. Will be visiting again.

Cons:

Minor quibble - couldn't adjust temperature of shower in the ensuite.

Overall fair but could have been better
Pros:

The premises were good on first impression but on closer inspection the standard was lower than expected , an empty bottle on the lift floor and a member of staff using expletives in the corridor were not good first impressions , the bed was a small double , the room was very hot , had to ask for a fan , the room was an adjoining to another so aware of noise from us and the other room

Cons:

The bar and restaurant were good , although the drinks were expensive

Thoroughly enjoyed it
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, the evening meal was also excellent, the lounge/bar area was particularly nice

Cons:

We had booked the additional spa experience well in advance, but they chose to clean the primary hot tub with the views during the time we had booked, so we had to use the one at the rear with no views!

Reception staff great.
Location fantastic.
Spa facilities good and treatment staff excellent.

Cons:

Toilet wouldn't flush correctly. Shower drain cap loose. Waiter on the meal was forgetful and manic having to be asked and reminded for things.
Nothing really wrong just not what expected for price and spa expectation.

Lovely 2 hour drive to the hotel for light lunch. Once we were shown the room it was a lovely 2 hour drive back home.
Pros:

Lovely staff, beautiful location.

Cons:

The room had a wet dog smell as the door was opened.we were then moved to another room that seemed to be last occupied in the 1940s

Nice hotel with exceptionally warm and welcoming staff.
Pros:

Location is lovely, but a shame the car park interferes with the views of the loch. Staff are absolutely great. They are so welcoming and can't do enough for you. Food is good. Especially enjoyed dinner which made use of lots of local seafood. We enjoyed the spa.

Cons:

Our room was very hot, even with the window wide open. The outside of the window was very dirty, and our outlook wasn't very inspiring, to the back of the hotel kitchens. There weren't enough loungers in the spa, and we felt the outdoor area should have been part of the experience rather than an added extra.

Pros:

Good location.
Pleasant staff.

Cons:

Room overlooked noisy staff area where bins and laundry were. Late at night, probably 11-12pm could hear bins being moved.
Room had no shower cap so there wasn’t any alternative but to wash hair. No conditioner was provided. Went to use the body lotion but liquid soap came out of the bottle marked “Body lotion”.

Fantastic and gorgeous property with wonderful and kind staff
Pros:

Gorgeous property with an amazing spa and even better staff. Not only was an honest mistake promptly corrected, they went above and beyond with their kindness and hospitality.

The cherry on the cake of this FANTASTIC hotel is its location in front of the Loch. A refreshing deep in its waters after an afternoon well spent in the spa was the fantastic end to a great stay.

Great spa and pool. Good break during the Scotland roadtrip!
Pros:

Great hotel. Clean, nice beds, great rooms. Great breakfast and friendly staff.
What we really enjoyed was the pool and hot tub, that was a nice break during our roadtrip around Scotland. I highly recommend taking a break and just enjoy the spa.

Pros:

The property was rated four stars. We stayed at all the hotel read it four stars and they were better

The rooms were small. There was no free water available. The halls to go to the bedrooms felt extremely hot.

Entspannte Tage am Loch Fyne
Pros:

Super schöne Lage am See in einem schönen Gebäude, Personal toll, Spa gut. Üppiges Frühstück, sehr lecker und mit ausreichend Auswahl. Die Bar/Lounge am Abend war ein toller Ausklang des Tags. Viele Parkplätze am Haus.

Cons:

In der Preisklasse ist ein Zimmer ohne Kühlschrank nicht erfreulich. Bett fühlte sich auf einer Seite etwas durchgelegen an.
