I booked a superior room but got a very small room where the bathroom door couldn’t open past the toilet. We left a day early.

Una vez pedi que nos despertaran porque mi marido tomaba un avion muy temprano y nunca llamaron diciendo que era un error de sistema..enfin. Pero cuando yo pedi que me despertaran porque me iba al dia siguiente si lo hicieron.

We chose it as the train and metro stations are just next door. Very convenient to take public transport

Hotel perfetto. Tutte le mie richieste sono state esaudite:stanza davvero confortevole, silenziosa e pulita,minibar gratuito, accappatoio e pantofole in camera.
Personale gentile,presente,attento.
Colazione ricca e completa.
Posizione eccellente:comodissima per il TGV e le linee della Metro.
Ritornero'di sicuro. Adoro Parigi.

Staff member is rude and disrespectful

Cons:

The staff there was a gentleman at night who was just disrespectful, I paid money to be there and asked him to check my room key which wasn’t working. He could’ve been more helpful however decided to be smart and make me seems stupid instead.

Perfect location if you want to stay close to the Train station and public transport (Metro and Tram). Very nice and friendly staffs every where (reception, luggage storage, restaurant, etc.). Good breakfast. Clean rooms (special thanks to Nadia). Easy check-in and check out.

Cons:

The one thing that I didn't like maybe just a temporary issue. One of the elevators is not working, causing some long waiting and people are trying to squeeze inside.
