Great location in city centre. Nice calm and welcoming atmosphere. Staff were very attentive and professional. Room was clean and modern. Excellent comfort and nice bathroom facilities. Good value.

The location is great, in the center of town and close to everything. The room was spacious and modern.
The breakfast was a disappointment. when i booked it was with breakfast, but i was told it was only continental and if we needed to add eggs or anything else it was around 5 pounds for each thing added. It was bottomless fruits and coffee but the fruits were not changed all week and were too soft to be eaten.
The AC in the room was not strong enough, and we complained but nothing was done about it. The conditioner in the shower was empty and i told the staff every day, the last day the receptionist himself came and got me an extra one. I would expect a better service from such a hotel. The cleaning can also be improved, the room was not vacuumed daily and for someone staying a week it got dusty.
Great location
Breakfast was very disappointing. The buffet only had coffe, milk, tea, cereals and fruit. The menu was à la carte with very few basic options to choose from. Eggs/pancakes/yogurt(quite basic items for a continental breakfast) could be ordered with an additional charge. We ordered 4 croissants with toast from the included menu and we had to wait half an hour (and solicit them to get the food). For the price we paid for the room we were expecting a far superior service.

Very comfortable room - decor relaxing. The location is ideal for exploring Canterbury & surrounding areas. The staff were very friendly. The coffee & tea selection was good. Particularly the coffee bags.
