Camera pulita, letto comodi

Cons:

Bagno minuscolo, datato e con lavandino ostruito. Camera piccola con aria condizionata a 22° (fuori erano 37°) non regolabile. Ho dovuto chiamare in reception perché non si poteva fare nulla dal termostato interno. Dalla reception l'hanno spenta e basta.
Avevo prenotato, malgrado il costo piuttosto alto, perché c'era la piscina. Purtroppo quando siamo arrivati (tarda serata) ho scoperto che apriva alle 11, stesso orario del check-out, quindi alla fine non abbiamo potuto utilizzarla.

Did the job for a quick sleep - but not particularly impressive
Pros:

Property was conviently located only about 5 mins from the airport.
Art on the back wall was a nice touch.
Staff were polite.

Cons:

Unfortunately the hotel was very dated, the bathroom in our room was really not what we expected of a four star hotel.
When we got up to our room there was only a flimsy thin sheet on the bed. When we called reception we were brought up a stained comforter without an oversheet on. We were told that was the only option.

Come stare in una stanza unica tutti insieme
Pros:

Posizione buona, con una camera che era anche carina, peccato che avesse un enorme difetto.

Cons:

Il posto è chiaramente molto datato, con le camere che sono state rinnovate in modo esteticamente valido, ma praticamente fanno schifo. Le pareti sono tutte sottilissime e non aiuta il sistema di aria condizionata centralizzato, con i tubi in comune. Questo vuol dire che, dalla tua camera, si sentirà perfettamente ogni minima mosca che volerà nella camera precedente e nella successiva.
C'era della gente che parlava a voce normalissima e io sentivo come fossero nel mio orecchio. Tiri lo sciaquone? Lo sapranno tutti. Uno sternuto? Ti diranno "salute" fin dal quinto piano.
Ora, il prezzo è altissimo (ma basso per la zona), quindi capisco che non possa essere perfetto.
Però se hai il sonno leggero lascia proprio perdere, qui non fa per te.

The room was very clean and quiet, the AC works great, pool is big and super clean. Staff is super nice and helpful

Cons:

Nothing. I would recommend having a car if you want to move around

Pros:

Very nicely renovated. Clean. Quiet. Close to Maloenda airport and has S5 train connection to fair area.
Run by nice family, everyone is very helpful and very sweet. Next time def will stay again. Highly recommended!

The hotel is old and in disrepair. Booking.com should remove it from their site

Cons:

A/c didn't work in 501. Alessandro said wait an hour and temperature never cooled past 23.4 told us no other room was available. After midnight I called to complain and got moved to 207. A/c never went under 21.4 and the fan motor made so much noise like a helicopter was in our room or we were in a construction site. We barely slept at all. I want a refund and an apology!

Dernière halte avant de prendre notre vol le lendemain matin. Parfait et à un prix très très raisonnable.
Pros:

Très bon accueil, personnel souriant et disponible. Propreté.
Piscine après une matinée de randonnée très appréciable avec transat et bain de soleil.

Cons:

Si nous devions avoir un point négatif, c’est la petitesse de l’entrée de la douche.
