Die Lage ist nach wie vor einfach top.
Einige Mitarbeiter*innen im Frühstücksrestaurant waren sehr bemüht und wirklich sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.
Zufahrt unkompliziert.
Angebot der Speisen beim Frühstück exzellent.

Cons:

Ausgewiesen als behindertengerecht: es ist alles irgendwie mit Fahrstühlen zu erreichen, allerdings mit "Umsteigen" und teils sehr weiten Wegen. Badezimmer nur mit Badewanne ausgestattet.
Das gesamte Haus ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen und die vielen positiven Bewertungen wundern mich sehr. Es scheint als würde die Zeit hier still stehen, auch in puncto Dienstleistung, Inneneinrichtung (Frühstücksraum, Zimmerinterieur, Lobby). Es ist sehr schade, da Maritim eigentlich für ein gewisses Level an Qualität steht bzw stand. Vielleicht ist nächstes Mal doch ein No Name Hotel nach modernen Standards die bessere Wahl mit am Ende dem besseren Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Pros:

Gigantische Sicht, wenn man ein Zimmer weit oben zur Trave hat (unbedingt ordern).
Sehr freundliches Personal, das Zimmerwechsel ermöglichte.

Cons:

Na ja, der „Monolith“ ist architektonisch natürlich eine Vollkatastrophe und gehört eigentlich abgerissen - aber dann gibts keine tolle Aussicht mehr 😉.

Handy sleepover for ferry passengers
Pros:

Great location overlooking Travemünde beach. Handy place to stay when arriving on the late Finnlines ferry - rode my bicycle (about 6 km) from terminal. Very spacious, super clean room with a massive comfortable bed. Balcony, espresso machine and bathroom were good. Safe storage facility for bike.

War sehr schön!
Pros:

Die Lage, der Service, z.B. schnelles Personal beim Frühstück, und das sehr freundliche Entgegenkommen von Herrn Stephan Voigt (Empfangschef) mit einem Preisnachlaß, da das Schwimmbad etc. im Hause defekt waren und unser Zimmerschloß erst im 2.Anlauf repariert wurde (denkmalsgeschützter Teil im 4.Stock) - also sehr gut gemanagt, Danke! Kommen wieder!

Gesamte Infrastruktur hat den Charme der Sechsziger Jahre. Hier besteht dringend Handlungsbedarf. Vor allem die Badezimmer.

The view

Cons:

Hotel's parking garage has an extremely low ceiling. Although I passed the height test at the entrance I ended up braking my Thule box on top of a regular Peugeot 20028. It caused me much distress getting completely stuck. The box is broken and the hotel receptor did not care.
Another problem is that I booked the hotel because of the facilities: sauna and swimming pool. They were both closed at the time of arrival. The price was not reduced!!!!!

Colazione e cena a Buffet..... Non credo bisogna aggiungere altro, ci si sfonda di cibo. Ottima posizione rispetto a spiaggia e ristoranti praticamente attaccati

Come dalle foto si vede è un grattacielo e non essendo abituato a primo impatto mi è sembrato un po' fuori dalle mie abitudini.... Ma niente da dire sul servizio e sulla posizione voto 9

Wir empfanden den Aufenthalt als sehr angenehm und würden wieder buchen.
Pros:

Lage (11.Etage), Blick auf Passat aund Strand, Frühstück sehr gut, Service sehr gut, Zimmer groß mit Balkon.

Cons:

Ausfall Schwimmbad wegen Reparatur (Wasserschaden), Lüftung oder Dunstabzug im Bad schien ohne Funktion. Parken im Hotel sollte im Preis enthalten sein.
